Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes for the Diabetes\n\nAwareness license plates shall be deposited by Service Oklahoma to\n\nthe Diabetes Awareness License Plate Revolving Fund created in\n\nsubsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Department of Health to be designated the\n\n“Diabetes Awareness License Plate Revolving Fund”. The fund shall\n\nconsist of all monies received pursuant to subsection A of this\n\nsection. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State\n\nDepartment of Health for grants to Diabetes Solutions of Oklahoma to\n\nraise awareness and provide resources, as well as promote acceptance\n\nand inclusion for people with diabetes.
