Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of this title for Four-H license plates shall be deposited by\n\nService Oklahoma in the OSU Extension Service License Plate\n\nRevolving Fund created in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for Oklahoma State University Extension Service to be\n\ndesignated the “OSU Extension Service License Plate Revolving Fund”.\n\nThe fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOklahoma State University Extension Service pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 1135.5 of this title. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of such fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Oklahoma State University Extension Service for\n\nthe purpose of expenses related to agricultural programs for youth.\n\nExpenditures from such fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8c1382d2751719b4d126a12c04d6ad6fecf5917776d0bf51c2e0913f602342d3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.33","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
