Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of this title for Urban Forestry and Beautification license\n\nplates shall be deposited by Service Oklahoma to the Urban Forestry\n\nand Beautification Revolving Fund created in subsection B of this\n\nsection.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Forestry Division of the State Department of\n\nAgriculture to be designated “Urban Forestry and Beautification\n\nRevolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Department pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1 of\n\nsubsection A of this section. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nthe fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by\n\nthe Division for the purpose of contracting with or providing grants\n\nto nonprofit organizations that develop and operate programs to\n\nencourage urban forestry and beautification. Such organizations may\n\napply to the Department for grants to be paid from the fund, or the\n\nDepartment may solicit bids for contracts for particular services\n\nrelated to urban forestry and beautification to be paid from the\n\nfund.
