Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of this title for Future Farmers of America license plates\n\nshall be deposited by Service Oklahoma to the Oklahoma Department of\n\nCareer and Technology Education Agriculture Revolving Fund created\n\nin subsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education\n\nto be designated the “Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology\n\nEducation Agriculture Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Department pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of subsection A of this section. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Department for the purpose of funding programs\n\nand services to encourage students to consider agriculture as a\n\ncareer choice.
