Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of this title for Color Oklahoma license plates shall be\n\ndeposited by Service Oklahoma to the Color Oklahoma Revolving Fund\n\ncreated in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Native Plant Society to be designated the\n\n“Color Oklahoma Revolving Fund” and administered by the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Tourism and Recreation. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Department of Tourism\n\nand Recreation pursuant to the provisions of subsection A of this\n\nsection. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Tourism and Recreation pursuant to a contract with the\n\nOklahoma Native Plant Society for the purpose of preserving and\n\nplanting wildflowers and native plants in Oklahoma and promoting\n\nwildflower heritage through education.
