Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of this title for Fight Cancer license plates shall be\n\ndeposited by Service Oklahoma to the Oklahoma Central Cancer\n\nRegistry Revolving Fund created in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Department of Health to be designated the\n\n“Oklahoma Central Cancer Registry Revolving Fund”. The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies received by the State Department of\n\nHealth pursuant to the provisions of subsection A of this section.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State\n\nDepartment of Health for the implementation of the Oklahoma Central\n\nCancer Registry.
