Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1108","heading":"Lost title - Replacement","body":"With the exception of an insurer applying for a salvage or junk\n\ncertificate of title resulting from the settlement of a total loss\n\nclaim, as provided in subsection H of Section 1105 of this title, in\n\ncase of a lost certificate of title, the loss of which is accounted\n\nfor to the satisfaction of Service Oklahoma or one of its licensed\n\noperators, Service Oklahoma or one of its licensed operators may\n\nissue duplicates. There shall be a replacement fee of Eleven\n\nDollars ($11.00) for such duplicate title.
