Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1115.3","heading":"All-terrain vehicles, utility vehicles, and motorcycles","body":"- Registration.\n\nA. Except as otherwise provided by this section, all-terrain\n\nvehicles, utility vehicles and motorcycles used exclusively off\n\nroads or highways shall be registered once with Service Oklahoma\n\nwithin thirty (30) days after purchase.\n\nB. For all-terrain vehicles or motorcycles used exclusively off\n\nroads or highways purchased prior to July 1, 2005, registration, as\n\notherwise required by Section 1115 of this title, shall not be\n\nrequired, but shall be allowed at the option of the owner of the\n\nall-terrain vehicle or motorcycle used exclusively off roads or\n\nhighways.\n\nC. For utility vehicles used exclusively off roads or highways\n\npurchased prior to July 1, 2008, registration, as otherwise required\n\nby Section 1115 of this title, shall not be required but shall be\n\nallowed at the option of the owner of the utility vehicle used\n\nexclusively off roads or highways.\n\nD. All-terrain vehicles, utility vehicles or motorcycles used\n\nexclusively off roads or highways owned or purchased by a person\n\nthat possesses an agricultural exemption pursuant to Section 1358.1\n\nof Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes may be registered as provided\n\nby this section, but shall not require registration.\n\nE.
