Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1119","heading":"Manufactured home - Information to be furnished county","body":"assessor in county of location.\n\nUpon proper registration and receipt of a certificate of title\n\npursuant to the provisions of Section 1117 of this title by the\n\nperson owning a new or used manufactured home, Service Oklahoma\n\nshall furnish by June 1 and by December 31 of each year to the\n\ncounty assessor in the county in which the manufactured home is or\n\nis to be located the following information:\n\n1. The name of the owner of the manufactured home;\n\n2. The serial number or identification number of the\n\nmanufactured home;\n\n3. The legal description, the address, or the location where\n\nthe manufactured home is to be located;\n\n4. The actual retail selling price of the manufactured home,\n\nexcluding Oklahoma state taxes;\n\n5. The registration number issued for the manufactured home;\n\nand\n\n6. Any other information necessary to enable the county\n\nassessor to list and assess the proper ad valorem tax required by\n\nSection 2801 et seq. of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
