The Corporation Commission shall be authorized to issue\n\npermits, commonly known as “hunters permits”, for any vehicles to be\n\nproportionally registered pursuant to the provisions of Section 1120\n\nof this title. This temporary registration shall be honored by all\n\nmember jurisdictions of the International Registration Plan.\n\nB. The permit authorized by this section shall be issued in a\n\nmanner that will allow an owner, not operating as a lessor, to move\n\nan empty vehicle from one lessee-carrier fleet to another without\n\nviolating general registration laws.\n\nC. The permit authorized by this section shall be valid for a\n\nperiod of forty-five (45) days, including the day of issuance. A\n\nfee in the amount of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) shall be charged\n\nfor the issuance of the permit. All fees collected from the\n\nissuance of the permits shall be apportioned pursuant to Section\n\n1104 of this title.\n\nD. A separate permit shall be required for each proportionally\n\nregistered power unit and trailer and shall not be issued for a\n\nregistered gross weight in excess of the empty weight of such\n\nvehicle or trailer.\n\nE.
