There is levied and there shall be paid to Service Oklahoma\n\na fee of Three Dollars ($3.00) upon every vehicle to be registered\n\nor licensed, except for those licensed pursuant to subsection (c) of\n\nSection 1210.34 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Said fee\n\nshall accrue and shall be collectible upon each vehicle under the\n\nsame circumstances and shall be payable in the same manner and times\n\nas apply to vehicle licenses and registrations under the provisions\n\nof the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration Act; provided, said\n\nfee shall be paid in full for the then current year at the time any\n\nvehicle is first registered in a calendar year.\n\nB. Two-thirds (2/3) of the monies collected pursuant to this\n\nsection shall be transferred by Service Oklahoma each month to the\n\nState Treasurer for deposit in the General Revenue Fund. For the\n\nfiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, of the remaining one-third (1/3)\n\nof the monies collected pursuant to this section each fiscal year,\n\nthe first Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) shall be\n\ntransferred by Service Oklahoma to the State Treasurer for deposit\n\nin the Motor Vehicle Driver Education Revolving Fund created in\n\nSection 1132.2 of this title and any amount in excess of Four\n\nHundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) shall be transferred by\n\nService Oklahoma to the State Treasurer for deposit in the General\n\nRevenue Fund. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000, and for\n\neach fiscal year thereafter, of the remaining one-third (1/3) of the\n\nmonies collected pursuant to this section each fiscal year, the\n\nfirst Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000.00) shall be\n\ntransferred by Service Oklahoma to the State Treasurer for deposit\n\nin the Motor Vehicle Driver Education Revolving Fund created in\n\nSection 1132.2 of this title and any amount in excess of Nine\n\nHundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000.00) shall be transferred by\n\nService Oklahoma to the State Treasurer for deposit in the General\n\nRevenue Fund.\n\nC.
