Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1132.2","heading":"Motor Vehicle Driver Education Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Education to be designated the \"Motor Vehicle\n\nDriver Education Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nall monies apportioned to the fund pursuant to the provisions of\n\nSection 1132.1 of this title. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nthe fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by\n\nthe State Board of Education to assist in defraying the cost of\n\nmotor vehicle driver education.
