In any online system which provides a service that a\n\nlicensed operator is authorized to provide pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nVehicle License and Registration Act there shall include a step\n\nwhere the individual shall select a licensed operator in the state\n\nto process any online transaction.\n\nSaid licensed operator as defined in Section 1102 of this title\n\ndoes not include Service Oklahoma. Any licensed operator fees\n\ncollected by a state agency shall be deposited into the General\n\nRevenue Fund.\n\nB. Licensed operators selected as provided in subsection A of\n\nthis section shall receive all fees provided by the Oklahoma Vehicle\n\nLicense and Registration Act; provided, the amount of fees remitted\n\nto the licensed operator for each online transaction processed by\n\nthe licensed operator through any online system shall be reduced by\n\nOne Dollar and fifty-six cents ($1.56).\n\nC.
