Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1133.1","heading":"Vehicles having combined laden weight of 8,000 pounds","body":"or less primarily used for business - Registration as commercial\n\nvehicles having combined laden weight of more than 8,000 and less\n\nthan 15,001 pounds.\n\nA. Any vehicle, including a station wagon as defined in\n\nparagraph 26 of Section 1102 of this title, which has a combined\n\nladen weight of eight thousand (8,000) pounds or less and is used\n\nprimarily for business or commercial purposes may be registered,\n\npursuant to Section 1133 of this title, as a commercial vehicle\n\nhaving a combined laden weight over eight thousand (8,000) pounds\n\nand less than fifteen thousand and one (15,001) pounds. Such\n\nvehicles or station wagons registered pursuant to this section shall\n\nbe assessed the license fees for such commercial vehicle pursuant to\n\nSection 1133 of this title.\n\nB. Upon initial registration by a person of a vehicle or\n\nstation wagon pursuant to the provisions of this section, and upon\n\ntransfer of ownership of any such vehicle or station wagon, any\n\nperson claiming the right to register a vehicle or station wagon\n\npursuant to subsection A of this section shall make further proof\n\nthat the person does in fact conduct a business or commercial\n\nenterprise or is employed by a person conducting a business or\n\ncommercial enterprise that uses the vehicle or station wagon\n\nprimarily for the use of that business or commercial enterprise by\n\npresenting a permit to do business pursuant to Section 1364 of Title\n\n68 of the Oklahoma Statutes or a Federal Employers Identification\n\nNumber or, if a sole proprietor, a copy of Schedule C from their\n\nmost recent federal income tax return.\n\nC. The failure of any owner of a vehicle or station wagon to\n\nproperly label the vehicle or station wagon or to properly utilize\n\nthe vehicle or station wagon for the purposes required by this\n\nsection shall result in the issuance of a new license plate at the\n\nrate specified in Section 1132 of this title and in addition a\n\npenalty of fifty percent (50%) of the cost of such license shall be\n\nassessed against the owner.\n\nD.
