For each motor vehicle registered in this state and used for\n\nthe purpose of transporting cotton modules from the point of\n\nproduction to the first point of delivery or cotton gin, the annual\n\nlicense fee shall be Sixty Dollars ($60.00). Fees collected by\n\nService Oklahoma pursuant to this section shall be apportioned\n\npursuant to Section 1104 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. Service Oklahoma shall design appropriate license plates for\n\nall vehicles registered pursuant to this section. The license\n\nplates shall be permanent in nature and shall be designed in a\n\nmanner as to remain with the vehicle for the duration of the\n\nvehicle’s life span or until the title is transferred or the vehicle\n\nis no longer used for the purposes specified in subsection A of this\n\nsection.\n\nC. Any person, firm or corporation who transports cotton\n\nmodules without the license required in this section shall be deemed\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be\n\npunished as follows:\n\n1. For the first such violation, by a fine of Five Hundred\n\nDollars ($500.00);\n\n2. For the second such violation, by a fine of One Thousand\n\nDollars ($1,000.00); and\n\n3. For the third and subsequent violations, by a fine of not\n\nless than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) nor more than Five\n\nThousand Dollars ($5,000.00).\n\nD.
