Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1135.3v2","heading":"Special license plates - Associations, fraternities,","body":"sororities, orders, clubs, schools - Commemoration of occasions -\n\nDemonstration of support or affiliation.\n\nA. Service Oklahoma is hereby authorized to design and issue\n\nappropriate official special license plates to persons wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support, interest or membership to or for an\n\norganization, occupation, cause or other subject as provided by this\n\nsection.\n\nSpecial license plates shall not be transferred to any other\n\nperson but shall be removed from the vehicle upon transfer of\n\nownership and retained. The special license plate may then be used\n\non another vehicle but only after such other vehicle has been\n\nregistered for the current year.\n\nSpecial license plates shall be renewed each year by Service\n\nOklahoma or a licensed operator, unless authorized by Service\n\nOklahoma to be renewed for a period greater than one (1) year.\n\nService Oklahoma shall notify by mail all persons issued special\n\nlicense plates. The notice shall contain all necessary information\n\nand shall contain instructions for the renewal procedure upon\n\npresentation to a licensed operator or Service Oklahoma. The\n\nlicense plates shall be issued on a staggered system.\n\nOn and after January 1, 2022, if a special license plate is\n\nissued pursuant to this section, any registration fee required for\n\nsuch plate pursuant to this section and the fee required pursuant to\n\nSection 1132 of this title shall be remitted at the same time and\n\nsubject to a single registration period. Service Oklahoma shall\n\ndetermine, by rule, a method for making required fee and\n\nregistration period adjustments if a special license plate is\n\nobtained during a twelve-month period for which a registration fee\n\nhas already been remitted pursuant to Section 1132 of this title.\n\nThe combination of fees in a single remittance shall not alter the\n\napportionment otherwise provided for in this section.\n\nService Oklahoma is hereby directed to develop and implement a\n\nsystem whereby licensed operators are permitted to accept\n\napplications for special license plates authorized under this\n\nsection. The licensed operator shall confirm the applicant’s\n\neligibility, if applicable, collect and deposit any amount\n\nspecifically authorized by law, accept and process the necessary\n\ninformation directly into such system and generate a receipt\n\naccordingly. For performance of these duties, licensed operators\n\nshall retain the fee provided in Section 1141.1 of this title for\n\nregistration of a motor vehicle. Until December 31, 2022, the\n\nlicensed operator fees for acceptance of applications and renewals\n\nshall be paid out of the Oklahoma Tax Commission Reimbursement Fund.\n\nBeginning January 1, 2023, the licensed operator fees for acceptance\n\nof applications and renewals shall be paid out of the Service\n\nOklahoma Reimbursement Fund.\n\nIf fewer than one hundred of any type of special license plates\n\nauthorized prior to January 1, 2004, are issued prior to January 1,\n\n2006, Service Oklahoma shall discontinue issuance and renewal of\n\nthat type of special license plate. Any such authorized special\n\nlicense plate registrant shall be allowed to display the license\n\nplate upon the designated vehicle until the registration expiration\n\ndate. After such time the expired special license plate shall be\n\nremoved from the vehicle.\n\nExcept as otherwise provided in law, for special license plates\n\nauthorized on or after July 1, 2004, no special license plates shall\n\nbe developed or issued by Service Oklahoma until Service Oklahoma\n\nreceives one hundred (100) prepaid applications therefor. The\n\nprepaid applications must be received by Service Oklahoma within one\n\nhundred eighty (180) days of the effective date of the authorization\n\nor the authority to issue shall be null and void. In the event one\n\nhundred (100) prepaid applications are not received by Service\n\nOklahoma\n\nreceives one hundred (100) prepaid applications therefor. The\n\nprepaid applications must be received by Service Oklahoma within one\n\nhundred eighty (180) days of the effective date of the authorization\n\nor the authority to issue shall be null and void. In the event one\n\nhundred (100) prepaid applications are not received by Service\n\nOklahoma within such prescribed time period any payment so received\n\nshall be refunded accordingly.\n\nB. The special license plates provided by this section are as\n\nfollows:\n\n1. Round and Square Dance License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nround and square dancing;\n\n2. National Association for the Advancement of Colored People\n\nLicense Plate - such plates shall be designed, subject to the\n\ncriteria to be presented to Service Oklahoma by the NAACP, and\n\nissued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the NAACP;\n\n3. National Rifle Association License Plate - such plates shall\n\nbe designed, subject to the criteria to be presented to Service\n\nOklahoma by the National Rifle Association, and issued to any person\n\nwishing to demonstrate support for the National Rifle Association;\n\n4. Masonic Fraternity License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any resident of this state who is a member of\n\na Masonic Fraternity of Oklahoma. Such persons may apply for a\n\nMasonic Fraternity license plate for each vehicle with a rated\n\ncarrying capacity of one (1) ton or less upon proof of a Masonic\n\nFraternity membership or upon the presentment of an application for\n\na Masonic Fraternity license plate authorized and approved by the\n\nGrand Lodge of Oklahoma. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Masonic Fraternities of Oklahoma and shall\n\ncontain the Masonic emblem;\n\n5. Shriners Hospitals for Children License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be designed to demonstrate support for Shriners Hospitals for\n\nChildren and shall be issued to any resident of this state who is a\n\nmember of a Shriners Temple in Oklahoma. The license plate shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Shriners Temples in Oklahoma and\n\nshall contain the Shriners emblem;\n\n6. Balloonists License Plate - such plates shall be designed\n\nand issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for hot air\n\nballooning in this state;\n\n7. Order of the Eastern Star License Plate - such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any resident of this state who is a member\n\nof an Order of the Eastern Star. Such persons may apply for an\n\nOrder of the Eastern Star license plate for each vehicle with a\n\nrated carrying capacity of one (1) ton or less upon proof of an\n\nOrder of the Eastern Star membership or upon the presentment of an\n\napplication for an Order of the Eastern Star license plate\n\nauthorized and approved by the organization. The license plate\n\nshall be designed in consultation with the Order of the Eastern Star\n\nand shall contain the Order of the Eastern Star emblem;\n\n8. Knights of Columbus License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any resident of this state who is a member of\n\nthe Knights of Columbus. Such persons may apply for a Knights of\n\nColumbus license plate for each vehicle with a rated carrying\n\ncapacity of one (1) ton or less upon proof of a Knights of Columbus\n\nmembership or upon the presentment of an application for a Knights\n\nof Columbus license plate authorized and approved by the\n\norganization. The license plate shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith the Knights of Columbus and shall contain the Knights of\n\nColumbus emblem;\n\n9. Jaycees License Plate - such plates shall be designed and\n\nissued to members of the Jaycees. Persons applying for such license\n\nplate must show proof of membership in the Jaycees. The license\n\nplates shall be designed in consultation with the Jaycees;\nganization. The license plate shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith the Knights of Columbus and shall contain the Knights of\n\nColumbus emblem;\n\n9. Jaycees License Plate - such plates shall be designed and\n\nissued to members of the Jaycees. Persons applying for such license\n\nplate must show proof of membership in the Jaycees. The license\n\nplates shall be designed in consultation with the Jaycees;\n\n10. Kiwanis International License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to members of Kiwanis International. Persons\n\napplying for such license plate must show proof of membership in\n\nKiwanis International. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with Kiwanis International;\n\n11. Certified Public Accountants License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any resident of this state who is a\n\nCertified Public Accountant. Such persons may apply for a Certified\n\nPublic Accountant license plate for each vehicle with a rated\n\ncarrying capacity of one (1) ton or less upon proof of status as a\n\nCertified Public Accountant. The license plates shall be designed\n\nin consultation with the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public\n\nAccountants;\n\n12. Civil Emergency Management License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to persons wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the state civil emergency management system. Persons\n\napplying for such license plate must show proof of official\n\naffiliation by presenting a nonexpired proof of employment,\n\naffiliation or retirement in the form of an identification card or\n\nletter on official letterhead from a municipal, county or state\n\nemergency management department head;\n\n13. Civilian Conservation Corps License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed, subject to criteria to be presented to Service\n\nOklahoma, by the Civilian Conservation Corps Association, and issued\n\nto any person wishing to demonstrate support of the Civilian\n\nConservation Corps;\n\n14. Rotarian License Plate – such plates shall be designed and\n\nissued to any resident of this state who is a member of a Rotary\n\nClub of Oklahoma. Such persons may apply for a Rotarian license\n\nplate for each vehicle with a rated carrying capacity of one (1) ton\n\nor less upon proof of a Rotary Club membership or upon the\n\npresentment of an application for a Rotarian license plate\n\nauthorized and approved by a Rotary Club of Oklahoma. The license\n\nplates shall be designed in consultation with the five Rotarian\n\nDistrict Governors and shall contain the Rotarian emblem;\n\n15. Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks License Plate –\n\nsuch plates shall be designed, subject to criteria to be presented\n\nto Service Oklahoma, by the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks,\n\nand issued to any resident of this state who is a member of the\n\nBenevolent and Protective Order of Elks;\n\n16. Humane Society License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Humane Society of the United States. The plates shall be issued\n\nto any person in any combination of numbers and letters from one to\n\na maximum of seven, as for personalized license plates. The plate\n\nshall contain the official Humane Society logo;\n\n17. Oklahoma Mustang Club License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned, subject to criteria to be presented to Service Oklahoma,\n\nby the Oklahoma Mustang Club, and issued to any resident of this\n\nstate who is a member of the Oklahoma Mustang Club. Such persons\n\nmay apply for an Oklahoma Mustang Club license plate upon\n\npresentment of proof of membership in the Oklahoma Mustang Club.\n\nThe plates shall be issued to any person in any combination of\n\nnumbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven, as for\n\npersonalized license plates;\n\n18. American Business Clubs (AMBUCS) License Plate - such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to members of American Business\npply for an Oklahoma Mustang Club license plate upon\n\npresentment of proof of membership in the Oklahoma Mustang Club.\n\nThe plates shall be issued to any person in any combination of\n\nnumbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven, as for\n\npersonalized license plates;\n\n18. American Business Clubs (AMBUCS) License Plate - such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to members of American Business\n\nClubs. Persons applying for such license plate must show proof of\n\nmembership in AMBUCS. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with American Business Clubs;\n\n19. West Point 200th Anniversary License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to commemorate\n\nthe Two Hundredth Anniversary of the founding of the United States\n\nMilitary Academy at West Point, New York. The license plates shall\n\nbe designed in consultation with the West Point Society of Central\n\nOklahoma;\n\n20. Oklahoma Aquarium License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Oklahoma Aquarium. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Oklahoma Aquarium. Subject to the provisions\n\nof subsection A of this section, the Oklahoma Aquarium License Plate\n\nis hereby reauthorized effective November 1, 2021;\n\n21. The Pride of Broken Arrow License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support\n\nfor The Pride of Broken Arrow marching band. The plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Broken Arrow Public School System;\n\n22. Fellowship of Christian Athletes License Plate - such\n\nplates shall be designed in consultation with the Fellowship of\n\nChristian Athletes and issued to members and supporters of the\n\nFellowship of Christian Athletes;\n\n23. Parrothead Club License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to members and supporters of the Parrothead\n\nClub. The license plate shall be issued to any person in any\n\ncombination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven as\n\nfor personalized license plates;\n\n24. Oklahoma Bicycling Coalition License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person who is a member of the\n\nOklahoma Bicycling Coalition. The license plates shall be designed\n\nin consultation with the Oklahoma Bicycling Coalition;\n\n25. Electric Lineman License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nOklahoma’s electric linemen. The license plates shall be designed\n\nin consultation with the Oklahoma Electric Superintendent’s\n\nAssociation;\n\n26. Alpha Kappa Alpha License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person who is a member of Alpha Kappa\n\nAlpha Sorority. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Oklahoma Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha\n\nSorority;\n\n27. The National Pan-Hellenic Council Incorporated License\n\nPlate – such plates shall be designed and issued to any person\n\nwishing to demonstrate support to any of the nine sororities and\n\nfraternities recognized by the National Pan-Hellenic Council\n\nIncorporated. The license plates shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith the Oklahoma Chapter of the National Pan-Hellenic Council\n\nIncorporated;\n\n28. Organ, Eye and Tissue License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to persons wishing to demonstrate support and\n\nincrease awareness for organ, eye and tissue donation. The license\n\nplates shall be designed in consultation with the State Department\n\nof Health;\n\n29. Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to persons wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support and increase awareness for Habitat for Humanity.\n\nThe license plate shall be designed in consultation with Central\n\nOklahoma Habitat for Humanity;\n\n30. Family Career and Community Leaders of America Incorporated\ntation with the State Department\n\nof Health;\n\n29. Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to persons wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support and increase awareness for Habitat for Humanity.\n\nThe license plate shall be designed in consultation with Central\n\nOklahoma Habitat for Humanity;\n\n30. Family Career and Community Leaders of America Incorporated\n\nLicense Plate - such plates shall be designed and issued to persons\n\nwishing to demonstrate support for Family Career and Community\n\nLeaders of America Incorporated. The license plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with Family Career and Community Leaders of\n\nAmerica Incorporated;\n\n31. Delta Sigma Theta License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person who is a member of Delta Sigma\n\nTheta Sorority. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Oklahoma Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority\n\nIncorporated;\n\n32. Omega Psi Phi License Plate – such plates shall be designed\n\nand issued to any person who is a member of Omega Psi Phi\n\nFraternity. The license plates shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith the Oklahoma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated;\n\n33. Alpha Phi Alpha License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person who is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha\n\nFraternity. The license plates shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith the Oklahoma Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity\n\nIncorporated;\n\n34. 50th Anniversary of the Interstate System of Highways\n\nLicense Plate – such plates shall be designed and issued to persons\n\nwishing to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Interstate System\n\nof Highways. The license plates shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith the American Association of State Highway and Transportation\n\nOfficials;\n\n35. Kappa Alpha Psi License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person who is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi\n\nFraternity. The license plates shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith the Oklahoma Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity\n\nIncorporated;\n\n36. Sigma Gamma Rho License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person who is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho\n\nSorority. The license plates shall be designed in consultation with\n\nthe Oklahoma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated.\n\nSubject to the provisions of subsection A of this section, the Sigma\n\nGamma Rho License Plate is hereby reauthorized effective November 1,\n\n2013;\n\n37. Multiple Sclerosis License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nand increase awareness of multiple sclerosis. The license plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma Chapter of the\n\nNational Multiple Sclerosis Society;\n\n38. Frederick A. Douglass High School License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for Frederick A. Douglass High School located in\n\nOklahoma City. The plates shall be designed in consultation with\n\nrepresentatives of Frederick A. Douglass High School National Alumni\n\nAssociation;\n\n39. United States Air Force Academy License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the United States Air Force Academy;\n\n40. In God We Trust License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned to include the motto, “In God We Trust”, and shall be\n\nissued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the motto;\n\n41. National Weather Center License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support\n\nfor the National Weather Center in Norman. The plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with representatives of the National\n\nWeather Center Directors;\n\n42. Make-A-Wish Foundation License Plate – such plates shall be\national Weather Center License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support\n\nfor the National Weather Center in Norman. The plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with representatives of the National\n\nWeather Center Directors;\n\n42. Make-A-Wish Foundation License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Make-A-Wish Foundation. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Oklahoma Chapter of the National Make-A-Wish\n\nFoundation;\n\n43. South Central Section of the PGA Foundation License Plate -\n\nsuch plates shall be designed and issued to persons wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for the South Central Section of the PGA\n\nFoundation. The license plates shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith the South Central Section of the PGA Foundation;\n\n44. Putnam City High School License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support\n\nfor Putnam City High School. The plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with representatives of Putnam City High School Alumni\n\nAssociation, Inc.;\n\n45. Autism Awareness License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to increase awareness of\n\nautism. The license plate shall be designed in consultation with\n\nthe Oklahoma Autism Network;\n\n46. Oklahoma Blood Institute License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support\n\nfor the Oklahoma Blood Institute. The license plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Oklahoma Blood Institute;\n\n47. Zeta Phi Beta and Phi Beta Sigma License Plate - such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to any person who is a member of\n\nZeta Phi Beta Sorority or Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity. The license\n\nplates shall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma chapters\n\nof Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity\n\nIncorporated;\n\n48. Star Spencer High School License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support\n\nfor Star Spencer High School located in Oklahoma City. The plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with representatives of the Star\n\nSpencer High School Alumni Association. Subject to the provisions\n\nof subsection A of this section, the Star Spencer High School\n\nLicense Plate is hereby reauthorized effective November 1, 2015;\n\n49. Northeast High School License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nNortheast High School located in Oklahoma City. The plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with representatives of the Northeast High\n\nSchool Alumni Association;\n\n50. Oklahoma City Central High School License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for the Oklahoma City Central High School Alumni\n\nAssociation. The plates shall be designed in consultation with\n\nrepresentatives of the Oklahoma City Central High School Alumni\n\nAssociation;\n\n51. Oklahoma Rifle Association License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the Oklahoma Rifle Association. The plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with representatives of the Oklahoma Rifle\n\nAssociation;\n\n52. Oklahoma City Thunder License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Oklahoma City Thunder. The license plate shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Oklahoma City Thunder organization;\n\n53. Ovarian Cancer Awareness License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any person wishing to increase awareness\n\nof ovarian cancer. The license plate shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the HOPE in Oklahoma organization;\nng to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Oklahoma City Thunder. The license plate shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Oklahoma City Thunder organization;\n\n53. Ovarian Cancer Awareness License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any person wishing to increase awareness\n\nof ovarian cancer. The license plate shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the HOPE in Oklahoma organization;\n\n54. BMW Car Club of America License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support\n\nfor the BMW Car Club of America. The plates shall be issued to any\n\nperson in any combination of numbers and letters from one to a\n\nmaximum of seven, as for personalized license plates. The license\n\nplate shall be designed in consultation with the Sunbelt Chapter of\n\nthe BMW Car Club of America. Subject to the provisions of\n\nsubsection A of this section, the BMW Car Club of America License\n\nPlate is hereby reauthorized effective November 1, 2013;\n\n55. Don’t Tread On Me License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned to include the yellow background and rattlesnake emblem\n\nabove the motto “DON’T TREAD ON ME” as found on the historic Gadsden\n\nflag, and shall be issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the freedom and liberty of the Republic;\n\n56. Oklahomans for the Arts License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support\n\nfor arts, culture and creative industries as well as arts education.\n\nThe plates shall be designed in consultation with Oklahomans for the\n\nArts;\n\n57. Tulsa Oilers License Plate – such plates shall be designed\n\nand issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the\n\nTulsa Oilers. The license plate shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith the Tulsa Oilers organization;\n\n58. Tulsa Drillers License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Tulsa Drillers. The license plate shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Tulsa Drillers organization;\n\n59. Millwood School District License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support\n\nfor the Millwood School District. The license plate shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with representatives of the Millwood School\n\nDistrict;\n\n60. Booker T. Washington High School License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be issued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nBooker T. Washington High School and shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Booker T. Washington High School National\n\nAlumni Association;\n\n61. Oklahoma Current State Flag License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed to include the current Oklahoma state flag and\n\nissued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the current\n\nOklahoma state flag. The plates shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith the Friends of the Oklahoma History Center;\n\n62. Oklahoma Original State Flag License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed to include the original Oklahoma state flag and\n\nissued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the original\n\nOklahoma state flag. The plates shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith the Friends of the Oklahoma History Center. The plates shall\n\nbe issued to any person in any combination of numbers and letters\n\nfrom one to a maximum of seven, as for personalized license plates.\n\nSubject to the provisions of subsection A of this section, the\n\nOklahoma Original State Flag License Plate is hereby reauthorized\n\neffective November 1, 2015;\n\n63. Tulsa 66ers License Plate - such plates shall be designed\n\nand issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the\n\nTulsa 66ers. The plates shall be designed in consultation with the\n\nTulsa 66ers Organization;\n\n64. Frederick Bombers License Plate – such plates shall be\n\nissued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for the Frederick\nhereby reauthorized\n\neffective November 1, 2015;\n\n63. Tulsa 66ers License Plate - such plates shall be designed\n\nand issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the\n\nTulsa 66ers. The plates shall be designed in consultation with the\n\nTulsa 66ers Organization;\n\n64. Frederick Bombers License Plate – such plates shall be\n\nissued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for the Frederick\n\nSchool District and shall be designed in consultation with\n\nrepresentatives of the Frederick School District;\n\n65. 911 Dispatcher License Plate – such plates shall be issued\n\nto persons wishing to demonstrate support for 911 dispatchers.\n\nPersons applying for such license plate must show proof of current\n\nemployment as a 911 dispatcher or sign an attestation that they are\n\na currently employed or retired 911 dispatcher;\n\n66. Oklahoma Fosters License Plate – such plates shall be\n\nissued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for the Oklahoma\n\nFosters Initiative and shall be designed in consultation with the\n\nOklahoma Fosters Initiative;\n\n67. Red Dirt Jeep License Plate – such plates shall be designed\n\nand issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for Red Dirt\n\nJeep and such plates shall be designed in consultation with Red Dirt\n\nJeep, L.L.C.;\n\n68. Sons of the American Revolution License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be issued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for the\n\nSons of the American Revolution for a vehicle or motorcycle in any\n\ncombination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven,\n\nas for personalized license plates. Such plates shall be designed\n\nin consultation with the Oklahoma Society of the Sons of the\n\nAmerican Revolution. The license plate for a motorcycle may be of\n\nsimilar design as space permits or a new design in order to meet the\n\nspace requirements of a motorcycle license plate;\n\n69. Daughters of the American Revolution License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be issued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Daughters of the American Revolution for a vehicle or motorcycle\n\nin any combination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of\n\nseven, as for personalized license plates. Such plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Oklahoma Society of the Daughters\n\nof the American Revolution. The license plate for a motorcycle may\n\nbe of similar design as space permits or a new design in order to\n\nmeet the space requirements of a motorcycle license plate;\n\n70. Air Medal License Plate – such plates shall be designed and\n\nissued to Air Medal recipients. An individual requesting the\n\nlicense plate is required, at the time of application, to show proof\n\nhe or she is a recipient of the Air Medal or sign an attestation\n\nstating that he or she is a medal recipient. The plates shall be\n\ndesigned to include the Air Medal emblem and shall include the words\n\n“Air Medal” on the plate;\n\n71. Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for the Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy.\n\nThe plates shall be issued to any person in any combination of\n\nnumbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven, as for\n\npersonalized license plates. The plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy.\n\nSubject to the provisions of subsection A of this section, the\n\nOklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy License Plate is hereby\n\nreauthorized effective November 1, 2021;\n\n72. The Pride of Oklahoma Marching Band License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for the Pride of Oklahoma marching band. The\n\nplates shall be designed in consultation with the University of\n\nOklahoma;\n\n73. The Spirit of Oklahoma State Marching Band License Plate –\n\nsuch plates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n21;\n\n72. The Pride of Oklahoma Marching Band License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for the Pride of Oklahoma marching band. The\n\nplates shall be designed in consultation with the University of\n\nOklahoma;\n\n73. The Spirit of Oklahoma State Marching Band License Plate –\n\nsuch plates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for the Spirit of Oklahoma State marching band.\n\nThe plates shall be designed in consultation with Oklahoma State\n\nUniversity;\n\n74. Southeast Spartans License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nSoutheast High School Spartans and such plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Southeast High School Alumni Association;\n\n75. Catoosa High School License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nCatoosa High School located in Catoosa. The plates shall bear the\n\nimage of the Catoosa High School mascot and be designed in\n\nconsultation with representatives of Catoosa High School;\n\n76. Toastmasters International License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be issued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nToastmasters International and shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith District 16 of Toastmasters International;\n\n77. Millwood High School Alumni License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for Millwood High School Alumni. The license plate shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with representatives of the Millwood High\n\nSchool Alumni Association;\n\n78. Patriot Guard Riders License Plate - such plates shall be\n\nissued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for Patriot Guard\n\nRiders and shall be designed in consultation with the Patriot Guard\n\nRiders of Oklahoma;\n\n79. Bixby School District License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Bixby School District. The license plate shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with representatives of the Bixby School District;\n\n80. Oklahoma Renewable Energy License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe designed in consultation with the Advanced Power Alliance and\n\nissued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for renewable\n\nenergy;\n\n81. Scottish Rite Masons License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any resident of this state who is a member of\n\nthe Scottish Rite Masons. Such persons may apply for a Scottish\n\nRite Masons license plate for each vehicle with a rated carrying\n\ncapacity of one (1) ton or less upon proof of a Scottish Rite\n\nmembership. The license plates shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith the Scottish Rite Masons in Oklahoma and shall contain the\n\nScottish Rite emblem;\n\n82. New State Brand License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned, subject to the criteria to be presented to Service\n\nOklahoma by the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department, and\n\nissued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the new\n\nOklahoma brand. The license plates shall contain the new state\n\nbrand;\n\n83. Tulsa Flag License Plate – such plates shall be designed\n\nand issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the City\n\nof Tulsa. The license plates shall be designed in consultation with\n\nthe Tulsa Community Foundation;\n\n84. ROAD License Plate – such plates shall be designed and\n\nissued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for Recovering\n\nOklahomans After Disaster. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Recovering Oklahomans After Disaster\n\norganization;\n\n85. Tulsa Icon License Plate – such plates shall be designed\n\nand issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the\n\nTulsa community for a vehicle or motorcycle in a pre-numbered format\n\nring\n\nOklahomans After Disaster. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Recovering Oklahomans After Disaster\n\norganization;\n\n85. Tulsa Icon License Plate – such plates shall be designed\n\nand issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the\n\nTulsa community for a vehicle or motorcycle in a pre-numbered format\n\nor any combination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of\n\nsix for vehicles or one to a maximum of five for motorcycles, as for\n\npersonalized plates. The plate design for vehicles will include\n\nTulsa’s iconic Golden Driller and Route 66 Rising sculpture. The\n\nlicense plate for a motorcycle may be of similar design as space\n\npermits or a new design in order to meet the space requirements of a\n\nmotorcycle license plate;\n\n86. ORA License Plate – such plates shall be designed and\n\nissued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the Oklahoma\n\nRifle Association. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Oklahoma Rifle Association;\n\n87. Hallett Motor Racing Circuit License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the Hallett Motor Racing Circuit. The license plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with the Hallett Motor Racing\n\nCircuit;\n\n88. University of Kansas License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe University of Kansas. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the University of Kansas and/or the University of\n\nKansas Alumni Association; and\n\n89. Clinton Red Tornadoes License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Clinton Red Tornadoes. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Clinton Public School System.\n\nC. The fee for such plates shall be Fifteen Dollars ($15.00)\n\nper year of renewal and shall be in addition to all other\n\nregistration fees provided by the Oklahoma Vehicle License and\n\nRegistration Act. Unless otherwise provided in this section, until\n\nDecember 31, 2022, the fee shall be apportioned as follows: Eight\n\nDollars ($8.00) per year of renewal of the special license plate fee\n\nshall be deposited in the Tax Commission Reimbursement Fund to be\n\nused for the administration of the Oklahoma Vehicle License and\n\nRegistration Act and the remaining Seven Dollars ($7.00) per year of\n\nrenewal of the special license plate fee shall be apportioned as\n\nprovided in Section 1104 of this title.
