Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1135.5v1","heading":"Special license plates - Demonstration of support and","body":"financial assistance to specific causes.\n\nA. Service Oklahoma is hereby authorized to design and issue\n\nappropriate official special license plates to persons wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support and provide financial assistance as provided by\n\nthis section.\n\nSpecial license plates shall not be transferred to any other\n\nperson but shall be removed from the vehicle upon transfer of\n\nownership and retained. The special license plate may then be used\n\non another vehicle but only after such other vehicle has been\n\nregistered for the current year with a licensed operator.\n\nSpecial license plates shall be renewed each year by Service\n\nOklahoma or a licensed operator, unless authorized by Service\n\nOklahoma to be renewed for a period greater than one (1) year.\n\nService Oklahoma shall notify by mail all persons issued special\n\nlicense plates. The notice shall contain all necessary information\n\nand shall contain instructions for the renewal procedure upon\n\npresentation to a licensed operator or Service Oklahoma. The\n\nlicense plates shall be issued on a staggered system.\n\nOn and after January 1, 2022, if a special license plate is\n\nissued pursuant to this section, any registration fee required for\n\nsuch plate pursuant to this section and the fee required pursuant to\n\nSection 1132 of this title shall be remitted at the same time and\n\nsubject to a single registration period. Service Oklahoma shall\n\ndetermine, by rule, a method for making required fee and\n\nregistration period adjustments if a special license plate is\n\nobtained during a twelve-month period for which a registration fee\n\nhas already been remitted pursuant to Section 1132 of this title.\n\nThe combination of fees in a single remittance shall not alter the\n\napportionment otherwise provided for in this section.\n\nService Oklahoma is hereby directed to develop and implement a\n\nsystem whereby licensed operators are permitted to accept\n\napplications for special license plates authorized under this\n\nsection. The licensed operator shall confirm the applicant’s\n\neligibility, if applicable, collect and deposit any amount\n\nspecifically authorized by law, accept and process the necessary\n\ninformation directly into such system and generate a receipt\n\naccordingly. For performance of these duties, licensed operators\n\nshall retain the fee provided in Section 1141.1 of this title for\n\nregistration of a motor vehicle through June 30, 2025. Through June\n\n30, 2025, the licensed operator fees for acceptance of applications\n\nand renewals shall be paid out of the Service Oklahoma Reimbursement\n\nFund. Beginning July 1, 2023, fees shall not be retained by the\n\nlicensed operator pursuant to subsection E of Section 1141.1 of this\n\ntitle.\n\nIf fewer than fifty (50) of any type of special license plates\n\nauthorized prior to January 1, 2004, are issued prior to January 1,\n\n2006, Service Oklahoma shall discontinue issuance and renewal of\n\nthat type of special license plate. Any such authorized special\n\nlicense plate registrant shall be allowed to display the license\n\nplate upon the designated vehicle until the registration expiration\n\ndate. After such time the expired special license plate shall be\n\nremoved from the vehicle.\n\nFor special license plates authorized on or after July 1, 2004,\n\nno special license plates shall be developed or issued by Service\n\nOklahoma until Service Oklahoma receives one hundred prepaid\n\napplications therefor. The prepaid applications must be received by\n\nService Oklahoma within one hundred eighty (180) days of the\n\neffective date of the authorization or the authority to issue shall\n\nbe null and void. In the event one hundred prepaid applications are\n\nnot received by Service Oklahoma within such prescribed time period\n\nany payment so received shall be refunded accordingly.\n\nB. The special license plates provided by this section are as\n\nfollows:\n\n1. University or College Supporter License Plate - such plates\neffective date of the authorization or the authority to issue shall\n\nbe null and void. In the event one hundred prepaid applications are\n\nnot received by Service Oklahoma within such prescribed time period\n\nany payment so received shall be refunded accordingly.\n\nB. The special license plates provided by this section are as\n\nfollows:\n\n1. University or College Supporter License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport to any state-supported or private university or college. As\n\nprovided in this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be\n\napportioned as provided in Section 1104.1 of this title;\n\n2. Environmental Awareness License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned, subject to the criteria to be presented to Service\n\nOklahoma by the Department of Environmental Quality in consultation\n\nwith the Oklahoma Arts Council, and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support to implement the statewide general public\n\nEnvironmental Education Program created pursuant to the provisions\n\nof the Oklahoma Environmental Quality Code. Such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person in any combination of numbers and\n\nletters from one to a maximum of seven, as for personalized license\n\nplates. A dealer’s license plate issued pursuant to Section 1116.1\n\nor 1128 of this title may be designated an Environmental Awareness\n\nLicense Plate upon payment of the fee imposed by this section and\n\nany other registration fees required by the Oklahoma Vehicle License\n\nand Registration Act. As provided in this section, an amount of the\n\nfee collected shall be apportioned pursuant to Section 1104.2 of\n\nthis title;\n\n3. Firefighter License Plate - such plates shall be designed\n\nfor any career or retired firefighter, volunteer or paid.\n\nFirefighters may apply for firefighter plates for up to four\n\nvehicles with a rated capacity of one (1) ton or less or for a\n\nmotorcycle upon proof of a fire department membership by either an\n\nidentification card or letter from the chief of the fire department.\n\nRetirees who are eligible for such plates shall provide proof of\n\neligibility upon initial application, but shall not be required to\n\nprovide proof of eligibility annually. The surviving spouse of any\n\ndeceased firefighter, if the spouse has not since remarried, may\n\napply for a firefighter license plate for one vehicle with a rated\n\ncarrying capacity of one (1) ton or less or for a motorcycle upon\n\nproof that the deceased firefighter was a member of a fire\n\ndepartment by either an identification card or letter from the chief\n\nof the fire department. The license plate shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Oklahoma State Firefighters Association.\n\nAs provided in this section, an amount of the fee collected\n\nshall be deposited to the Oklahoma State Firemen’s Museum Building \u0026\n\nMemorial Fund for support of the Oklahoma State Firefighters Museum\n\nand the Oklahoma Fallen and Living Firefighters Memorial;\n\n4. Wildlife Conservation License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned, subject to the criteria to be presented to Service\n\nOklahoma by the Department of Wildlife Conservation in consultation\n\nwith the Oklahoma Arts Council, and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for wildlife conservation in this state through\n\nthe Wildlife Diversity Fund, provided for in Section 3-310 of Title\n\n29 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Such plates may be designed and issued\n\nto any person as for personalized license plates.\n\nAs provided in this section, an amount of the fee collected\n\nshall be apportioned pursuant to subsection D of Section 3-310 of\n\nTitle 29 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n5. Child Abuse Prevention License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned, subject to the criteria to be presented to Service\n\nOklahoma by the Office of Child Abuse Prevention in the State\n\nDepartment of Health and the Child Abuse Prevention Action\nin this section, an amount of the fee collected\n\nshall be apportioned pursuant to subsection D of Section 3-310 of\n\nTitle 29 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n5. Child Abuse Prevention License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned, subject to the criteria to be presented to Service\n\nOklahoma by the Office of Child Abuse Prevention in the State\n\nDepartment of Health and the Child Abuse Prevention Action\n\nCommittee, and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support\n\nfor the prevention of child abuse.\n\nAs provided in this section, an amount of the fee collected\n\nshall be deposited in the Child Abuse Prevention Fund;\n\n6. United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee Supporter\n\nLicense Plate - such plates shall be designed and issued to any\n\nperson wishing to demonstrate support for the United States Olympic\n\nand Paralympic Committee. The plates shall be issued to any person\n\nin any combination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of\n\nseven, as for personalized license plates. The plate shall contain\n\nthe official United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee logo.\n\nService Oklahoma shall be authorized, if necessary, to enter into a\n\nlicensing agreement with the United States Olympic and Paralympic\n\nCommittee for any licensing fees which may be required in order to\n\nuse the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee logo or\n\ndesign. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment not\n\nmore than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for each license plate\n\nissued;\n\n7. Oklahoma History License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate interest in\n\nOklahoma history. As provided in this section, an amount of the fee\n\ncollected shall be deposited to the Oklahoma Historical Society\n\nRevolving Fund to be used for educational purposes;\n\n8. Historic Route 66 License Plate - such:\n\na. vehicle plates shall be designed to honor historic\n\nRoute 66, also known as the “Mother Road”. As\n\nprovided in this section, an amount of the fee\n\ncollected for each vehicle license plate shall be\n\napportioned to the Oklahoma Historical Society\n\nRevolving Fund to be distributed to the Route 66\n\nMuseum located in Clinton, Oklahoma, and\n\nb. motorcycle plates shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith the Oklahoma Route 66 Association, Inc. Service\n\nOklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a licensing\n\nagreement with the Oklahoma Route 66 Association,\n\nInc., for any licensing fees which may be required in\n\norder to use the Oklahoma Route 66 Association, Inc.,\n\nlogo or design. The licensing agreement shall provide\n\nfor a payment to the Oklahoma Route 66 Association,\n\nInc., of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for\n\neach motorcycle license plate issued;\n\n9. Heart of the Heartland License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to honor the victims of\n\nthe terrorist bombing attack on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal\n\nBuilding in downtown Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995. As provided\n\nin this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be deposited\n\nin the Heart of the Heartland Scholarship Fund, as established in\n\nSection 2282 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n10. Emergency Medical Technician License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person who is an emergency\n\nmedical technician. Such persons may apply for an emergency medical\n\ntechnician license plate for each vehicle with a rated carrying\n\ncapacity of one (1) ton or less upon proof of an emergency medical\n\ntechnician’s license. The license plate shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Oklahoma Emergency Medical Technicians\n\nAssociation. As provided in this section, an amount of the fee\n\ncollected shall be apportioned to the Emergency Medical Personnel\n\nDeath Benefit Revolving Fund created in Section 1-2505.2 of Title 63\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes;\n) ton or less upon proof of an emergency medical\n\ntechnician’s license. The license plate shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Oklahoma Emergency Medical Technicians\n\nAssociation. As provided in this section, an amount of the fee\n\ncollected shall be apportioned to the Emergency Medical Personnel\n\nDeath Benefit Revolving Fund created in Section 1-2505.2 of Title 63\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n11. Fight Breast Cancer License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned to demonstrate support for the prevention and treatment of\n\nbreast cancer in this state;\n\n12. Crime Victims Awareness License Plate - such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nawareness of and support for victims of crimes. The license plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with the Crime Victims\n\nCompensation Program. As provided in this section, an amount of the\n\nfee collected shall be apportioned to the Attorney General’s\n\nRevolving Fund for the Office of the Attorney General, which is\n\nhereby directed to use such funds to contract with a statewide\n\nnonprofit organization to provide services to crime victims;\n\n13. Safe Kids Oklahoma License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support and\n\nawareness of Safe Kids Oklahoma. The license plate shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Safe Kids Oklahoma. As provided\n\nin this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be deposited\n\nin the Children’s Hospital - Safe Kids Oklahoma Revolving Fund to be\n\ndistributed to Safe Kids Oklahoma program;\n\n14. Oklahoma Four-H Club License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned, subject to criteria to be presented to Service Oklahoma by\n\nthe Four-H Foundation, and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support of the Oklahoma Four-H Club. Such plates may be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person as for personalized license\n\nplates. As provided in this section, an amount of the fee collected\n\nshall be apportioned to the OSU Extension Service License Plate\n\nRevolving Fund created in Section 1104.4 of this title;\n\n15. Agricultural Awareness License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned, subject to criteria to be presented to Service Oklahoma,\n\nby the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry in\n\nconsultation with the Oklahoma Arts Council, and issued to any\n\nperson wishing to demonstrate support of the Department’s Ag in the\n\nClassroom Education Program. As provided in this section, an amount\n\nof the fee collected shall be apportioned as provided in Section\n\n1104.3 of this title;\n\n16. Oklahoma Statehood Centennial License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to commemorate\n\nthe centennial of Oklahoma’s admission to statehood in 1907. The\n\nlicense plates shall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma\n\nCapitol Complex and Centennial Commemoration Commission. As\n\nprovided in this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be\n\ndeposited in the Oklahoma Department of Commerce Revolving Fund\n\ncreated in Section 5012 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n17. Support Education License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned, subject to criteria to be presented to Service Oklahoma by\n\nthe State Department of Education in consultation with the Oklahoma\n\nArts Council, and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for education in this state. All licensed operators shall\n\ndisplay a sample of the Support Education License plate in the area\n\nof the business accessed by the public. Twenty-three Dollars\n\n($23.00) of the fee collected shall be apportioned as follows:\n\na. five percent (5%) shall be deposited to the Education\n\nReform Revolving Fund,\n\nb. five percent (5%) shall be deposited to the Oklahoma\n\nState Regents for Higher Education Revolving Fund,\n\nc. five percent (5%) shall be deposited to the State\n\nCareer-Technology Fund, and\nof the business accessed by the public. Twenty-three Dollars\n\n($23.00) of the fee collected shall be apportioned as follows:\n\na. five percent (5%) shall be deposited to the Education\n\nReform Revolving Fund,\n\nb. five percent (5%) shall be deposited to the Oklahoma\n\nState Regents for Higher Education Revolving Fund,\n\nc. five percent (5%) shall be deposited to the State\n\nCareer-Technology Fund, and\n\nd. eighty-five percent (85%) shall be deposited to the\n\nRetirement Benefit Fund as set forth in Section 17-108\n\nof Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nHowever, when the Retirement Benefit Fund attains a seventy\n\npercent (70%) funded ratio based on an annual actuarial valuation as\n\nrequired by law, the amount of the fee shall be apportioned equally\n\npursuant to subparagraphs a, b and c of this paragraph;\n\n18. Retired Oklahoma Highway Patrol Officers License Plate –\n\nsuch plates shall be designed and issued to any retired officer of\n\nthe Oklahoma Highway Patrol. The license plate shall have the\n\nlegend “Oklahoma” and shall contain, in the center of the plate, the\n\nHighway Patrol Officers patch using the same colors and pattern as\n\nused in the patch. Centered on the bottom of the license plate\n\nshall be the word “Retired”. The letters “TRP” shall be used in\n\ncombination with three numbers on either side of the insignia or\n\nemblem. The color of the letters and numbers shall be brown.\n\nRetirees who are eligible for such plates shall provide proof of\n\neligibility upon initial application, but shall not be required to\n\nprovide proof of eligibility annually. The surviving spouse of any\n\ndeceased retired officer of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, if the\n\nspouse has not since remarried, or if remarried, the remarriage is\n\nterminated by death, divorce, or annulment, may apply for a Retired\n\nOklahoma Highway Patrol Officers license plate. As provided in this\n\nsection, an amount of the fee collected shall be deposited into the\n\nOklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement Fund;\n\n19. Boy Scouts of America Supporter License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the Boy Scouts of America. The plates shall be issued\n\nto any person in any combination of numbers and letters from one to\n\na maximum of seven, as for personalized license plates. The plate\n\nshall contain the official Boy Scouts of America logo. Service\n\nOklahoma shall be authorized, if necessary, to enter into a\n\nlicensing agreement with the Boy Scouts of America for any licensing\n\nfees which may be required in order to use the Boy Scouts of America\n\nlogo or design. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment\n\nto the Boy Scouts of America of not more than Twenty Dollars\n\n($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n20. Urban Forestry and Beautification License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed, subject to criteria to be presented to\n\nService Oklahoma, by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food,\n\nand Forestry in consultation with nonprofit organizations in this\n\nstate that develop and operate programs to encourage urban forestry\n\nand beautification, and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport of such programs. As provided in this section, an amount of\n\nthe fee collected shall be apportioned as provided in Section 1104.5\n\nof this title;\n\n21. Oklahoma State Parks Supporter License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed, subject to criteria to be presented to Service\n\nOklahoma by the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department, and\n\nissued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the Oklahoma\n\nstate parks system. Twenty-three Dollars ($23.00) of the fee\n\ncollected shall be deposited in the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation\n\nDepartment Revolving Fund. Such money shall be designated for and\n\nmay only be expended for the support of Oklahoma state parks;\n\n22. Adoption Creates Families License Plate – such plates shall\nand\n\nissued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the Oklahoma\n\nstate parks system. Twenty-three Dollars ($23.00) of the fee\n\ncollected shall be deposited in the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation\n\nDepartment Revolving Fund. Such money shall be designated for and\n\nmay only be expended for the support of Oklahoma state parks;\n\n22. Adoption Creates Families License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support of pregnant\n\nwomen who are committed to placing their children for adoption and\n\nwishing to provide assistance to guardians, adoptive parents and\n\nother created families to assist in the adoption and placement of\n\nchildren in permanent, safe homes. The license plates shall be\n\ndesigned and final terminology delivered in consultation with the\n\nOklahoma Adoption Coalition and the Department of Human Services.\n\nTwenty-five Dollars ($25.00) of the fee collected shall be deposited\n\nin a revolving fund established in the State Treasury for and to be\n\nused by the Department of Human Services for the implementation of\n\nthe Investing in Stronger Oklahoma Families Act specifically for\n\ncreated families;\n\n23. Choose Life License Plate – such plates shall be designed,\n\nsubject to criteria presented to Service Oklahoma, by Choose Life\n\nAmerica, Inc., and issued to any person who wishes to demonstrate\n\nsupport of organizations that encourage adoption as a positive\n\nchoice for women with unplanned pregnancies. As provided in this\n\nsection, an amount of the fee collected shall be deposited in the\n\nChoose Life Assistance Program Revolving Fund established in Section\n\n1104.6 of this title;\n\n24. Future Farmers of America License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Oklahoma FFA Association (formerly known as Future Farmers of\n\nAmerica). The license plates shall be designed in consultation with\n\nthe Oklahoma FFA Association Board of Directors. As provided in\n\nthis section, an amount of the fee collected shall be apportioned as\n\nprovided in Section 1104.7 of this title;\n\n25. Lions Club License Plate – such plates shall be designed\n\nand issued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for the Lions\n\nClubs of Oklahoma. The plates shall be issued to any person in any\n\ncombination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven,\n\nas for personalized license plates. The license plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Oklahoma Lions Service Foundation\n\nand shall contain the official logo of the International Association\n\nof Lions Clubs. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into\n\na licensing agreement with the Oklahoma Lions Service Foundation.\n\nThe licensing agreement shall provide for a payment to the Oklahoma\n\nLions Service Foundation of not more than Ten Dollars ($10.00) for\n\neach license plate issued;\n\n26. Color Oklahoma License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned, subject to criteria to be presented to Service Oklahoma by\n\nthe Oklahoma Native Plant Society, and issued to any person wishing\n\nto demonstrate support for preserving and planting wildflowers and\n\nnative plants in this state and to promote Oklahoma’s wildflower\n\nheritage through education. As provided in this section, an amount\n\nof the fee collected shall be apportioned as provided in Section\n\n1104.8 of this title;\n\n27. Girl Scouts of the United States of America Supporter\n\nLicense Plate - such plates shall be designed and issued to any\n\nperson wishing to demonstrate support for the Girl Scouts of the\n\nUnited States of America. The plates shall be issued to any person\n\nin any combination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of\n\nseven, as for personalized license plates. The plate shall contain\n\nthe official Girl Scouts of the United States of America logo.\n\nService Oklahoma shall be authorized, if necessary, to enter into a\nerson wishing to demonstrate support for the Girl Scouts of the\n\nUnited States of America. The plates shall be issued to any person\n\nin any combination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of\n\nseven, as for personalized license plates. The plate shall contain\n\nthe official Girl Scouts of the United States of America logo.\n\nService Oklahoma shall be authorized, if necessary, to enter into a\n\nlicensing agreement with the Girl Scouts of the United States of\n\nAmerica for any licensing fees which may be required in order to use\n\nthe Girl Scouts of the United States of America logo or design. The\n\nlicensing agreement shall provide for a payment to the Magic Empire\n\nCouncil of Girl Scouts, acting on behalf of all Oklahoma Girl Scout\n\ncouncils, of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license\n\nplate issued;\n\n28. Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon. The plate shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon.\n\nService Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a licensing\n\nagreement with the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon for any licensing\n\nfees which may be required in order to use the Oklahoma City\n\nMemorial Marathon logo or design. The licensing agreement shall\n\nprovide for a payment to the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon of not\n\nmore than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n29. Oklahoma Scenic Rivers License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned to demonstrate support for the Grand River Dam Authority.\n\nThe plates shall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma\n\nScenic Rivers operations of the Grand River Dam Authority. Twenty-\n\nfive Dollars ($25.00) of the fee shall be apportioned to the Grand\n\nRiver Dam Authority for the purposes of the Oklahoma Scenic Rivers\n\noperations;\n\n30. Fight Cancer License Plate – such plates shall be designed\n\nto demonstrate support for the Oklahoma Central Cancer Registry.\n\nThe plate shall contain the American Cancer Society logo. The\n\nAmerican Cancer Society logo shall be used in accordance with the\n\nAmerican Cancer Society’s branding guidelines and shall only be\n\nutilized to support the Oklahoma Central Cancer Registry. Twenty\n\nDollars ($20.00) of the fee shall be apportioned to the Oklahoma\n\nCentral Cancer Registry Revolving Fund;\n\n31. Animal Friendly License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\ncontrolling the overpopulation of dogs and cats through educational\n\nand sterilization efforts. The plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Veterinary Medical Association. Twenty\n\nDollars ($20.00) of the fee collected shall be designated by the\n\npurchaser of the plate to be deposited in the Oklahoma Pet\n\nOverpopulation Fund created in Section 2368.13 of Title 68 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes or the Animal Friendly Revolving Fund created in\n\nSection 1104.10 of this title;\n\n32. Patriot License Plate - such plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Military Department of the State of Oklahoma\n\nand issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for Oklahoma\n\nresidents who are members of the Oklahoma National Guard and\n\ndeployed on active duty. The plates shall be issued to any person\n\nin any combination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of\n\nseven, as for personalized license plates. As provided in this\n\nsection, a portion of the fee collected shall be deposited in the\n\nPatriot License Plate Revolving Fund created in Section 1104.11 of\n\nthis title;\n\n33. Global War on Terrorism License Plate - such plate shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Military Department of the State\n\nof Oklahoma and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support\nion, a portion of the fee collected shall be deposited in the\n\nPatriot License Plate Revolving Fund created in Section 1104.11 of\n\nthis title;\n\n33. Global War on Terrorism License Plate - such plate shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Military Department of the State\n\nof Oklahoma and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support\n\nfor Oklahoma residents who are members of the Armed Forces of the\n\nUnited States or Oklahoma National Guard that have served in the\n\nGlobal War on Terrorism. The plate shall be issued to any person in\n\nany combination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of six.\n\nAs provided in this section, a portion of the fee collected shall be\n\ndeposited in the Oklahoma National Guard Museum Fund created in\n\nSection 235.1 of Title 44 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n34. Boys and Girls Clubs of America Supporter License Plate –\n\nsuch plates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. The\n\nplates shall be issued to any person in any combination of numbers\n\nand letters from one to a maximum of seven, as for personalized\n\nlicense plates. The plate shall contain the official Boys and Girls\n\nClubs of America logo. Service Oklahoma, if necessary, may enter\n\ninto a licensing agreement with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America\n\nfor any licensing fees which may be required in order to use the\n\nBoys and Girls Clubs of America logo or design. The licensing\n\nagreement shall provide for a payment to the Boys and Girls Clubs of\n\nAmerica of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license\n\nplate issued;\n\n35. Oklahoma Quarter Horse License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe American Quarter Horse in this state. The plate shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Oklahoma Quarter Horse\n\nAssociation. As provided in this section, a portion of the fee\n\ncollected shall be deposited in the Oklahoma Quarter Horse Revolving\n\nFund created in Section 1104.12 of this title;\n\n36. Oklahoma Association for the Deaf License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma\n\nAssociation for the Deaf and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for Oklahoma residents who are deaf. The plates\n\nshall be issued to any person in any combination of numbers and\n\nletters from one to a maximum of seven, as for personalized license\n\nplates. As provided in this section, a portion of the fee collected\n\nshall be deposited in the Oklahoma Association for the Deaf License\n\nPlate Revolving Fund created in Section 1104.15 of this title;\n\n37. Oklahoma City Zoo License Plate – such plates shall be\n\nissued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the Oklahoma\n\nCity Zoo. The license plates shall be designed in consultation with\n\nthe Oklahoma Zoological Society, Inc. As provided in this section,\n\nan amount of the fee collected shall be deposited in the Oklahoma\n\nZoological Society Revolving Fund created in Section 1104.13 of this\n\ntitle;\n\n38. March of Dimes License Plate – such plates shall be issued\n\nto persons wishing to demonstrate support for the March of Dimes\n\nmission to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects,\n\npremature birth and infant mortality. The license plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Oklahoma Chapter March of Dimes.\n\nAs provided in this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be\n\ndeposited in the Oklahoma Prevent Birth Defects, Premature Birth and\n\nInfant Mortality Fund established in Section 1104.14 of this title;\n\n39. Support Our Troops Supporter License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for Support Our Troops Incorporated. The plates shall be\n\nissued to any person in any combination of numbers and letters from\neposited in the Oklahoma Prevent Birth Defects, Premature Birth and\n\nInfant Mortality Fund established in Section 1104.14 of this title;\n\n39. Support Our Troops Supporter License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for Support Our Troops Incorporated. The plates shall be\n\nissued to any person in any combination of numbers and letters from\n\none to a maximum of six. The plate shall contain the official\n\nSupport Our Troops Incorporated logo which includes the mark\n\n“Support Our Troops” across the bottom of the plate. Service\n\nOklahoma, if necessary, may enter into a licensing agreement with\n\nSupport Our Troops Incorporated for any licensing fees which may be\n\nrequired in order to use the Support Our Troops Incorporated logo or\n\ndesign. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment to\n\nSupport Our Troops Incorporated of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for\n\neach license plate issued;\n\n40. Folds of Honor Supporter License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe authorized to be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for the Oklahoma City Chapter of Folds of Honor\n\nIncorporated, a nonprofit charitable organization exempt from\n\ntaxation pursuant to the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, 26\n\nU.S.C., Section 501(c)(3), providing educational scholarships to\n\nspouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled military\n\nservice members. The plates shall be issued to any person in any\n\ncombination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of six.\n\nSuch person may apply for a Folds of Honor Supporter license plate\n\nfor a motorcycle; provided, the license plate for motorcycles may be\n\nof similar design to the license plate for motor vehicles or may be\n\na new design in order to meet space requirements for a motorcycle\n\nlicense plate. The plate shall be designed in consultation with the\n\nOklahoma City Chapter of Folds of Honor Incorporated and shall\n\ncontain the official Folds of Honor Incorporated logo which includes\n\nthe mark “Folds of Honor” across the bottom of the plate. Service\n\nOklahoma, if necessary, may enter into a licensing agreement with\n\nFolds of Honor Incorporated for any licensing fees which may be\n\nrequired in order to use the Folds of Honor Incorporated logo or\n\ndesign. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment to\n\nFolds of Honor Incorporated of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for each\n\nlicense plate issued. Subject to the provisions of subsection A of\n\nthis section, the Folds of Honor Supporter License Plate is hereby\n\nreauthorized effective November 1, 2019;\n\n41. Armed Forces Veterans Motorcycle License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed for use on a motorcycle in consultation\n\nwith A Brotherhood Aiming Toward Education of Oklahoma, Inc.\n\n(ABATE), and issued to any honorably discharged former member of the\n\nUnited States Armed Forces wishing to demonstrate support for the\n\nOklahoma National Guard Museum. Persons applying for such license\n\nplate must show proof of past military service. As provided in this\n\nsection, a portion of the fee collected shall be deposited in the\n\nOklahoma National Guard Museum Fund created in Section 235.1 of\n\nTitle 44 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n42. Buffalo Soldier License Plate - such plates shall be issued\n\nto any person wishing to honor and celebrate the history and\n\ncontribution of the Buffalo Soldiers. The license plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Lawton-Fort Sill Chapter of the\n\nBuffalo Soldiers 9th and 10th (Horse) Cavalry Association. As\n\nprovided in this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be\n\ndeposited in the Buffalo Soldier License Plate Revolving Fund\n\ncreated in Section 1104.16 of this title;\n\n43. Prevent Blindness Oklahoma License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be issued to any person wishing to provide financial support\n\nfor vision screening of school age children in this state. The\n0th (Horse) Cavalry Association. As\n\nprovided in this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be\n\ndeposited in the Buffalo Soldier License Plate Revolving Fund\n\ncreated in Section 1104.16 of this title;\n\n43. Prevent Blindness Oklahoma License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be issued to any person wishing to provide financial support\n\nfor vision screening of school age children in this state. The\n\nlicense plates shall be designed in consultation with Prevent\n\nBlindness Oklahoma. As provided in this section, an amount of the\n\nfee collected shall be deposited in the Prevent Blindness Oklahoma\n\nLicense Plate Revolving Fund created in Section 1104.17 of this\n\ntitle;\n\n44. Oklahoma State Capitol Restoration License Plate - such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for restoration of the Oklahoma State Capitol\n\nbuilding. The license plates shall be designed in consultation with\n\nthe Friends of the Capitol corporation, created pursuant to Section\n\n15.4 of Title 73 of the Oklahoma Statutes and the State Capitol\n\nPreservation Commission created pursuant to Section 4102 of Title 74\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes. As provided in this section, an amount of\n\nthe fee collected shall be deposited in the Oklahoma Friends of the\n\nCapitol License Plate Revolving Fund established in Section 1104.18\n\nof this title;\n\n45. Eastern Red Cedar Tree License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned, subject to criteria to be presented to Service Oklahoma\n\nand issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the\n\nremoval of Eastern Redcedar trees from lands in the state and to\n\ndevelop marketable uses for the harvested trees. The license plate\n\nshall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma Department of\n\nAgriculture, Food, and Forestry. Twenty-three Dollars ($23.00) of\n\nthe fee collected shall be deposited in the Eastern Redcedar\n\nRevolving Fund created in Section 18-407 of Title 2 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes. The money shall be designated for and may only be\n\nexpended for the purposes as set forth in the Eastern Redcedar\n\nManagement Act;\n\n46. Pancreatic Cancer Research License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be issued to any person wishing to provide financial support\n\nfor the University of Oklahoma Foundation, Pancreatic Cancer\n\nResearch Fund. The plates shall be issued to any person in any\n\ncombination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of six.\n\nThe license plates shall be designed in consultation with the\n\nUniversity of Oklahoma Foundation, Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund.\n\nAs provided in this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be\n\ndeposited in the Pancreatic Cancer Research License Plate Revolving\n\nFund created in Section 1104.19 of this title;\n\n47. Alzheimer’s Research License Plate - such plates shall be\n\nissued to any person wishing to provide financial support for the\n\nOklahoma Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. The license plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma Chapter of the\n\nAlzheimer’s Association. As provided in this section, an amount of\n\nthe fee collected shall be deposited in the Alzheimer’s Research\n\nLicense Plate Revolving Fund created in Section 1104.20 of this\n\ntitle;\n\n48. Hospice and Palliative Care License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be issued to any person wishing to provide financial support\n\nfor the Oklahoma Hospice and Palliative Care Association. The\n\nlicense plates shall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma\n\nHospice and Palliative Care Association. As provided in this\n\nsection, an amount of the fee collected shall be deposited in the\n\nHospice and Palliative Care License Plate Revolving Fund created in\n\nSection 1104.21 of this title;\n\n49. Juvenile Diabetes Research License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be issued to any person wishing to provide financial support\n\nfor the Oklahoma Chapters of the Juvenile Diabetes Research\native Care Association. As provided in this\n\nsection, an amount of the fee collected shall be deposited in the\n\nHospice and Palliative Care License Plate Revolving Fund created in\n\nSection 1104.21 of this title;\n\n49. Juvenile Diabetes Research License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be issued to any person wishing to provide financial support\n\nfor the Oklahoma Chapters of the Juvenile Diabetes Research\n\nFoundation. The license plates shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith the Oklahoma Chapters of the Juvenile Diabetes Research\n\nFoundation. As provided in this section, an amount of the fee\n\ncollected shall be deposited in the Juvenile Diabetes Research\n\nLicense Plate Revolving Fund created in Section 1104.22 of this\n\ntitle;\n\n50. Deer Creek Schools Foundation License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be issued to any person wishing to provide financial support\n\nfor the Deer Creek Schools Foundation. The license plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Deer Creek Schools Foundation.\n\nThe plates shall be issued to any person in any combination of\n\nnumbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven, as for\n\npersonalized license plates. As provided in this section, an amount\n\nof the fee collected shall be deposited in the Deer Creek Schools\n\nFoundation License Plate Revolving Fund created in Section 1104.23\n\nof this title;\n\n51. Lupus Awareness and Education License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be issued to any person wishing to provide financial support\n\nfor the Oklahoma Chapter of the Lupus Foundation of America. The\n\nlicense plates shall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma\n\nChapter of the Lupus Foundation of America. As provided in this\n\nsection, an amount of the fee collected shall be deposited in the\n\nOklahoma Lupus License Plate Revolving Fund created in Section\n\n1104.24 of this title. Subject to the provisions of subsection A of\n\nthis section, the Lupus Awareness and Education License Plate is\n\nhereby reauthorized effective November 1, 2018;\n\n52. Chiefs of Police License Plate - such plates shall be\n\nissued to any person wishing to provide financial support for the\n\nOklahoma Association of Chiefs of Police for a vehicle or motorcycle\n\nin any combination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of\n\nseven, as for personalized license plates. The license plates shall\n\nbe designed in consultation with the Oklahoma Association of Chiefs\n\nof Police. The license plate for a motorcycle may be of similar\n\ndesign as space permits or a new design in order to meet the space\n\nrequirements of a motorcycle license plate. Service Oklahoma shall\n\nbe authorized to enter into a licensing agreement with the Oklahoma\n\nAssociation of Chiefs of Police for any licensing fees which may be\n\nrequired in order to use the association’s logo or design. The\n\nlicensing agreement shall provide for a payment to the Oklahoma\n\nAssociation of Chiefs of Police of not more than Twenty Dollars\n\n($20.00) for each license plate issued. Subject to the provisions\n\nof subsection A of this section, the Chiefs of Police License Plate\n\nis hereby reauthorized effective November 1, 2015;\n\n53. Crossings Christian School License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for Crossings Christian School located in Oklahoma City.\n\nThe license plates shall be designed in consultation with the\n\nadministration of Crossings Christian School. Service Oklahoma\n\nshall be authorized to enter into a licensing agreement with\n\nCrossings Christian School for any licensing fees which may be\n\nrequired in order to use the school’s logo or design. The licensing\n\nagreement shall provide for a payment to the Crossings Christian\n\nSchool of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license\n\nplate issued;\n\n54. Hilldale Education Foundation License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\ns Christian School for any licensing fees which may be\n\nrequired in order to use the school’s logo or design. The licensing\n\nagreement shall provide for a payment to the Crossings Christian\n\nSchool of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license\n\nplate issued;\n\n54. Hilldale Education Foundation License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the Hilldale Education Foundation. The license plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with the administration of the\n\nHilldale Education Foundation. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized\n\nto enter into a licensing agreement with the Hilldale Education\n\nFoundation for any licensing fees which may be required in order to\n\nuse the foundation’s logo or design. The licensing agreement shall\n\nprovide for a payment to the Hilldale Education Foundation of not\n\nmore than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n55. Oklahoma Nurses License Plate – such plates shall be issued\n\nto any person licensed pursuant to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act\n\nand providing such documentation of current licensure as may be\n\nrequired by Service Oklahoma. The license plates shall be designed\n\nin consultation with the Oklahoma Nurses Association. As provided\n\nin this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be deposited\n\nin the Oklahoma Nurses License Plate Revolving Fund created in\n\nSection 1104.26 of this title;\n\n56. Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the\n\nOklahoma Sports Hall of Fame. The license plates shall be designed\n\nin consultation with the administration of the Oklahoma Sports Hall\n\nof Fame. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a\n\nlicensing agreement with the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame for any\n\nlicensing fees which may be required in order to use the Hall of\n\nFame’s logo or design. The licensing agreement shall provide for a\n\npayment to the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame of not more than Twenty\n\nDollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n57. Childhood Cancer Awareness License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the\n\nOklahoma Children’s Cancer Association. The license plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the administration of the Oklahoma\n\nChildren’s Cancer Association. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized\n\nto enter into a licensing agreement with the Oklahoma Children’s\n\nCancer Association for any licensing fees which may be required in\n\norder to use the Oklahoma Children’s Cancer Association’s logo or\n\ndesign. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment to the\n\nOklahoma Children’s Cancer Association of not more than Twenty\n\nDollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n58. Oklahoma Educational Television Authority License Plate –\n\nsuch plates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for the Oklahoma Educational Television\n\nAuthority and such plates shall be designed in consultation with the\n\nAuthority. As provided in this section, an amount of the fee\n\ncollected shall be deposited in The Educational Television Authority\n\nRevolving Fund created in Section 156 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n59. Remembering Fallen Heroes License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support\n\nfor Concerns of Police Survivors, Inc. Such plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Oklahoma Chapter of Concerns of\n\nPolice Survivors, Inc. As provided in this section, an amount of\n\nthe fee collected shall be deposited in the Oklahoma Concerns of\n\nPolice Survivors License Plate Revolving Fund created in Section\n\n1104.27 of this title;\n\n60. Disabled American Veterans License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with the Disabled American\nin consultation with the Oklahoma Chapter of Concerns of\n\nPolice Survivors, Inc. As provided in this section, an amount of\n\nthe fee collected shall be deposited in the Oklahoma Concerns of\n\nPolice Survivors License Plate Revolving Fund created in Section\n\n1104.27 of this title;\n\n60. Disabled American Veterans License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with the Disabled American\n\nVeterans of Oklahoma and issued to any member of the organization\n\nwishing to demonstrate support. Service Oklahoma shall be\n\nauthorized to enter into a licensing agreement with the Disabled\n\nAmerican Veterans of Oklahoma for any licensing fees which may be\n\nrequired in order to use the organization’s logo or design. The\n\nlicensing agreement shall provide for a payment to the Disabled\n\nAmerican Veterans of Oklahoma of not more than Twenty Dollars\n\n($20.00) for each license plate issued. The plates shall\n\nincorporate a numbering system agreed upon by the Disabled American\n\nVeterans of Oklahoma and Service Oklahoma;\n\n61. Owasso Rams Supporter License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Owasso Rams, and shall be designed in consultation with\n\nrepresentatives of Owasso Public Schools. The plates shall be\n\nissued to any person in any combination of numbers and letters from\n\none to a maximum of seven, as for personalized license plates. As\n\nprovided in this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be\n\ndeposited in the Education Reform Revolving Fund created in Section\n\n34.89 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n62. Collinsville Cardinals Supporter License Plate - such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for the Collinsville Cardinals, and shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with representatives of Collinsville Public\n\nSchools. The plates shall be issued to any person in any\n\ncombination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven,\n\nas for personalized license plates. As provided in this section, an\n\namount of the fee collected shall be deposited in the Education\n\nReform Revolving Fund created in Section 34.89 of Title 62 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n63. Sperry Pirates Supporter License Plate - such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support\n\nfor the Sperry Pirates, and shall be designed in consultation with\n\nrepresentatives of Sperry Schools. The plates shall be issued to\n\nany person in any combination of numbers and letters from one to a\n\nmaximum of seven, as for personalized license plates. As provided\n\nin this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be deposited\n\nin the Education Reform Revolving Fund created in Section 34.89 of\n\nTitle 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n64. Skiatook Bulldogs Supporter License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the Skiatook Bulldogs, and shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with representatives of Skiatook Public Schools. The\n\nplates shall be issued to any person in any combination of numbers\n\nand letters from one to a maximum of seven, as for personalized\n\nlicense plates. As provided in this section, an amount of the fee\n\ncollected shall be deposited in the Education Reform Revolving Fund\n\ncreated in Section 34.89 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n65. Rejoice Christian Eagles Supporter License Plate - such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for the Rejoice Christian Eagles, and shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with representatives of Rejoice Christian\n\nSchools. The plates shall be issued to any person in any\n\ncombination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven,\n\nas for personalized license plates. As provided in this section, an\n\namount of the fee collected shall be deposited in the Education\nes, and shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with representatives of Rejoice Christian\n\nSchools. The plates shall be issued to any person in any\n\ncombination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven,\n\nas for personalized license plates. As provided in this section, an\n\namount of the fee collected shall be deposited in the Education\n\nReform Revolving Fund created in Section 34.89 of Title 62 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n66. East Central Cardinals Supporter License Plate - such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for the East Central Cardinals, and shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with representatives of East Central High\n\nSchool. The plates shall be issued to any person in any combination\n\nof numbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven, as for\n\npersonalized license plates. As provided in this section, an amount\n\nof the fee collected shall be deposited in the Education Reform\n\nRevolving Fund created in Section 34.89 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n67. Southeast Spartans Supporter License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the Southeast Spartans, and shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Southeast High School Alumni Association. The\n\nplates shall be issued to any person in any combination of numbers\n\nand letters from one to a maximum of seven, as for personalized\n\nlicense plates. As provided in this section, an amount of the fee\n\ncollected shall be deposited in the Education Reform Revolving Fund\n\ncreated in Section 34.89 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n68. Sooner State ABATE License Plate - such plates shall be\n\nissued to any person wishing to provide financial support for Sooner\n\nState ABATE (A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactments). The\n\nlicense plates shall be designed in consultation with Sooner State\n\nABATE. The plates shall be issued to any person in any combination\n\nof numbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven, as for\n\npersonalized plates. The license plate for a motorcycle may be of\n\nsimilar design as space permits or a new design in order to meet the\n\nspace requirements of a motorcycle license plate. Service Oklahoma\n\nshall be authorized to enter into a licensing agreement with Sooner\n\nState ABATE for any licensing fees, which may be required in order\n\nto use the association’s logo or design. The licensing agreement\n\nshall provide for a payment to Sooner State ABATE of not more than\n\nTwenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued. Subject to\n\nthe provisions of subsection A of this section, the Sooner State\n\nABATE License Plate is hereby reauthorized effective November 1,\n\n2019;\n\n69. Oklahoma License to Educate License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for Oklahoma educators. Such plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the State Department of Education. As provided in\n\nthis section, an amount of the fee collected shall be deposited in\n\nthe Oklahoma Teacher Recruitment Revolving Fund created in Section\n\n6-132 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n70. Piedmont Education Foundation License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the Piedmont Public Schools Education Foundation. Such\n\nplates shall be designed in consultation with the Foundation. As\n\nprovided in this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be\n\ndeposited in the Piedmont Public Schools Education Foundation\n\nLicense Plate Revolving Fund created in Section 1104.28 of this\n\ntitle;\n\n71. The Pride of Oklahoma License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Pride of Oklahoma marching band and shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Pride of Oklahoma marching band. Service\nl be\n\ndeposited in the Piedmont Public Schools Education Foundation\n\nLicense Plate Revolving Fund created in Section 1104.28 of this\n\ntitle;\n\n71. The Pride of Oklahoma License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Pride of Oklahoma marching band and shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Pride of Oklahoma marching band. Service\n\nOklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a licensing agreement\n\nwith the University of Oklahoma or the Pride of Oklahoma marching\n\nband for any licensing fees which may be required in order to use\n\nthe applicable logo or design. The licensing agreement shall\n\nprovide for a payment to the Pride of Oklahoma Fund at the\n\nUniversity of Oklahoma Foundation, Inc. of not more than Twenty\n\nDollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n72. Jenks Trojans License Plate - such plates shall be designed\n\nand issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the\n\nJenks school district. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the administration of the Jenks school district.\n\nService Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a licensing\n\nagreement with the Jenks school district for any licensing fees\n\nwhich may be required in order to use the school district’s logo or\n\ndesign. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment to the\n\nJenks school district not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each\n\nlicense plate issued;\n\n73. Bixby Spartans License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Bixby school district. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the administration of the Bixby school district.\n\nService Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a licensing\n\nagreement with the Bixby school district for any licensing fees\n\nwhich may be required in order to use the school district’s logo or\n\ndesign. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment to the\n\nBixby school district not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each\n\nlicense plate issued;\n\n74. Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics License\n\nPlate - such plates shall be designed and issued to any person\n\nwishing to demonstrate support for the Oklahoma aviation industry\n\nand to promote awareness of aviation and aerospace. Such plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma Department of\n\nAerospace and Aeronautics and shall be issued to any person in any\n\ncombination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven,\n\nas for personalized license plates. Twenty-four Dollars ($24.00) of\n\nthe fee collected shall be deposited in the Oklahoma Department of\n\nAerospace and Aeronautics Revolving Fund, for expenditure as\n\nprovided in Section 91 of Title 3 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n75. Ducks Unlimited License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nDucks Unlimited. Such plates shall be designed in consultation with\n\nDucks Unlimited. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into\n\na licensing agreement with Ducks Unlimited for any licensing fee\n\nwhich may be required in order to use the Ducks Unlimited logo or\n\ndesign. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment to\n\nDucks Unlimited of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each\n\nlicense plate issued;\n\n76. Prisoner of War and Missing in Action License Plate - such\n\nplates shall be issued to any person wishing to increase awareness\n\nof those who are currently prisoners of war or missing in action and\n\nprovide financial support for current veterans. The license plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with Rolling Thunder Oklahoma. As\n\nprovided in this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be\n\ndeposited in the Prisoner of War and Missing in Action License Plate\n\nRevolving Fund created in Section 1104.29 of this title;\nof those who are currently prisoners of war or missing in action and\n\nprovide financial support for current veterans. The license plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with Rolling Thunder Oklahoma. As\n\nprovided in this section, an amount of the fee collected shall be\n\ndeposited in the Prisoner of War and Missing in Action License Plate\n\nRevolving Fund created in Section 1104.29 of this title;\n\n77. Woodward Boomers License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Woodward school district. The license plates shall be designed\n\nin consultation with the administration of the Woodward school\n\ndistrict. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a\n\nlicensing agreement with the Woodward school district for any\n\nlicensing fees which may be required in order to use the school\n\ndistrict’s logo or design. The licensing agreement shall provide\n\nfor a payment to the Woodward school district not more than Twenty\n\nDollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n78. Clinton Public School Foundation License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for the Clinton Public School Foundation. The\n\nlicense plates shall be designed in consultation with the Clinton\n\nPublic School Foundation. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to\n\nenter into a licensing agreement with the Clinton Public School\n\nFoundation for any licensing fees which may be required in order to\n\nuse the school foundation’s logo or design. The licensing agreement\n\nshall provide for a payment to the Clinton Public School Foundation\n\nof not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate\n\nissued;\n\n79. Navajo School Foundation License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the\n\nNavajo School Foundation. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the administration of the Navajo School\n\nFoundation. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a\n\nlicensing agreement with the Navajo School Foundation for any\n\nlicensing fees which may be required in order to use the\n\nFoundation’s logo or design. The licensing agreement shall provide\n\nfor a payment to the Navajo School Foundation of not more than\n\nTwenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n80. Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame Inc. License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma Music\n\nHall of Fame Inc. and issued to any member of the organization\n\nwishing to demonstrate support. Service Oklahoma shall be\n\nauthorized to enter into a licensing agreement with the Oklahoma\n\nMusic Hall of Fame Inc. for any licensing fees which may be required\n\nin order to use the organization’s logo or design. The licensing\n\nagreement shall provide for a payment to the Oklahoma Music Hall of\n\nFame Inc. of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license\n\nplate issued. The plates shall incorporate a numbering system\n\nagreed upon by the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame Inc. and Service\n\nOklahoma. Subject to the provisions of subsection A of this\n\nsection, the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame Inc. License Plate is\n\nhereby reauthorized effective November 1, 2019;\n\n81. Techlahoma Foundation License Plate – such plates shall be\n\nissued to any person wishing to provide financial support for the\n\nTechlahoma Foundation. The license plate shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Techlahoma Foundation. The plate shall be\n\nissued to any person in any combination of numbers and letters from\n\none to a maximum of seven, as for personalized license plates.\n\nService Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a licensing\n\nagreement with the Techlahoma Foundation for any licensing fees,\n\nwhich may be required in order to use the association’s logo or\n\ndesign. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment to the\nl be\n\nissued to any person in any combination of numbers and letters from\n\none to a maximum of seven, as for personalized license plates.\n\nService Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a licensing\n\nagreement with the Techlahoma Foundation for any licensing fees,\n\nwhich may be required in order to use the association’s logo or\n\ndesign. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment to the\n\nTechlahoma Foundation of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for\n\neach license plate issued;\n\n82. Bethany Public Schools Foundation License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support\n\nfor the Bethany Public Schools Foundation. The license plates shall\n\nbe designed in consultation with the administration of the Bethany\n\nPublic Schools Foundation. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to\n\nenter into a licensing agreement with the Bethany Public Schools\n\nFoundation for any licensing fees which may be required in order to\n\nuse the Foundation’s logo or design. The licensing agreement shall\n\nprovide for a payment to the Bethany Public Schools Foundation of\n\nnot more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n83. Cystic Fibrosis Foundation License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for the\n\nCystic Fibrosis Foundation. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the administration of the Cystic Fibrosis\n\nFoundation. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a\n\nlicensing agreement with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for any\n\nlicensing fees which may be required in order to use the\n\nFoundation’s logo or design. The licensing agreement shall provide\n\nfor a payment to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of not more than\n\nTwenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n84. Down Syndrome Association of Central Oklahoma License Plate\n\n- such plates shall be designed and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for the Down Syndrome Association of Central\n\nOklahoma. Such plates shall be designed in consultation with the\n\nAssociation. As provided in this section, an amount of the fee\n\ncollected shall be deposited in the Down Syndrome Association of\n\nCentral Oklahoma License Plate Revolving Fund created in Section\n\n1104.30 of this title;\n\n85. Elk City Education Foundation License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the Elk City Education Foundation. Such plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Foundation. As provided in this\n\nsection, an amount of the fee collected shall be deposited in the\n\nElk City Education Foundation License Plate Revolving Fund created\n\nin Section 1104.31 of this title;\n\n86. A Brotherhood Aiming Toward Education of Oklahoma (ABATE)\n\nLicense Plate – such plates shall be designed and issued to any\n\nperson wishing to provide financial support for ABATE of Oklahoma.\n\nSuch plates shall be designed in consultation with ABATE of\n\nOklahoma. The plates shall be issued to any person in any\n\ncombination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven,\n\nas for personalized plates. The license plate for a motorcycle may\n\nbe of similar design as space permits or a new design in order to\n\nmeet the space requirements of a motorcycle license plate. Service\n\nOklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a licensing agreement\n\nwith ABATE of Oklahoma for any licensing fees which may be required\n\nin order to use the ABATE of Oklahoma logo or design. The licensing\n\nagreement shall provide for a payment to ABATE of Oklahoma of not\n\nmore than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n87. Downed Bikers Association License Plate - such plates shall\n\nbe designed for a vehicle or motorcycle in any combination of\n\nnumbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven, as for\n\npersonalized license plates, and issued to any person wishing to\nThe licensing\n\nagreement shall provide for a payment to ABATE of Oklahoma of not\n\nmore than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n87. Downed Bikers Association License Plate - such plates shall\n\nbe designed for a vehicle or motorcycle in any combination of\n\nnumbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven, as for\n\npersonalized license plates, and issued to any person wishing to\n\ndemonstrate support for the Downed Bikers Association, a nonprofit\n\ncharitable organization exempt from taxation pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C., Section\n\n501(c)(3), which provides emotional and financial support for downed\n\nbikers. The license plate shall be designed in consultation with\n\nthe Central Oklahoma Chapter of the Downed Bikers Association and\n\nshall contain any official logo or design of the organization. The\n\nlicense plate for a motorcycle may be of similar design as space\n\npermits or a new design in order to meet the space requirements of a\n\nmotorcycle license plate. Service Oklahoma, if necessary, may enter\n\ninto a licensing agreement with the Downed Bikers Association for\n\nany licensing fees which may be required in order to use the\n\norganization’s logo or design. The licensing agreement shall\n\nprovide for a payment to the Downed Bikers Association of not more\n\nthan Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate;\n\n88. Eagle Scout License Plate – such plates shall be designed\n\nto demonstrate support for Eagle Scouts of the Boy Scouts of America\n\nand shall include the Eagle Scout logo. Plates may be issued to any\n\nperson who can show proof of having obtained the rank of Eagle\n\nScout. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a\n\nlicensing agreement with the various Oklahoma local councils for any\n\nlicensing fees which may be required in order to use the applicable\n\nlogo or design. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment\n\nof not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate\n\nissued to the specific Oklahoma local area council designated by the\n\napplicant;\n\n89. Extraordinary Educators License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe designed and issued to any person wishing to provide financial\n\nsupport for common education in this state. Such plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the State Department of Education.\n\nThe plates shall be issued to any person in any combination of\n\nnumbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven, as for\n\npersonalized license plates. As provided in this section, an amount\n\nof the fee collected shall be deposited in the Extraordinary\n\nEducators License Plate Revolving Fund created in Section 1104.32 of\n\nthis title;\n\n90. Former Oklahoma Legislator License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person who previously served as\n\na member of the House of Representatives or Senate. The license\n\nplates shall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma\n\nHistorical Society. As provided in this section, an amount of the\n\nfee collected shall be deposited in the Oklahoma Historical Society\n\nCapital Improvement and Operations Revolving Fund created in Section\n\n1.10a of Title 53 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Service Oklahoma shall\n\ncreate and maintain a list of former members of the Oklahoma House\n\nof Representatives and Oklahoma State Senate eligible to be issued\n\nsuch plates; provided, that no former member of the House of\n\nRepresentatives and Senate shall be eligible to possess more than\n\ntwo of such plates at any one time. Service Oklahoma shall confer\n\nas needed with the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives and\n\nthe Secretary of the Senate to confirm that such list is complete\n\nand accurate;\n\n91. Monarch Butterfly License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe operations of The Nature Conservancy of Oklahoma. Such plates\n\ns needed with the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives and\n\nthe Secretary of the Senate to confirm that such list is complete\n\nand accurate;\n\n91. Monarch Butterfly License Plate - such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe operations of The Nature Conservancy of Oklahoma. Such plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma Chapter of The\n\nNature Conservancy. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter\n\ninto a licensing agreement with The Nature Conservancy of Oklahoma\n\nfor any licensing fees which may be required in order to use the\n\nfoundation’s logo or design. The plates shall be issued to any\n\nperson in any combination of numbers and letters from one to a\n\nmaximum of seven, as for personalized license plates. The licensing\n\nagreement shall provide for a payment to The Nature Conservancy of\n\nOklahoma not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license\n\nplate issued;\n\n92. Oklahoma Tennis Foundation License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the Oklahoma Tennis Foundation. The license plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma Tennis\n\nFoundation. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a\n\nlicensing agreement with the Oklahoma Tennis Foundation for any\n\nlicensing fees which may be required in order to use the\n\nfoundation’s logo or design. The licensing agreement shall provide\n\nfor a payment to the Oklahoma Tennis Foundation of not more than\n\nTwenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n93. Oklahoma Veterans of Foreign Wars License Plate - such\n\nplates shall be designed to honor the Oklahoma Veterans of Foreign\n\nWars Chapters and shall be issued to any resident of this state upon\n\nproof of membership in the Oklahoma Veterans of Foreign Wars\n\norganization. The license plates shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith the Oklahoma Veterans of Foreign Wars organization. Service\n\nOklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a licensing agreement\n\nwith the Oklahoma Veterans of Foreign Wars organization for any\n\nlicensing fees which may be required in order to use the\n\norganization’s logo or design. The licensing agreement shall\n\nprovide for a payment to the Oklahoma Veterans of Foreign Wars\n\norganization of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each\n\nlicense plate issued. Service Oklahoma shall reinstate any Veterans\n\nof Foreign Wars license plates issued prior to November 1, 2021, and\n\nshall reimburse any individual who held a Veterans of Foreign Wars\n\nLicense Plate on October 31, 2021, for fees incurred for the\n\nreplacement of such plate;\n\n94. Oklahoma Women Veterans Organization License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to any female veteran of any\n\nbranch of the United States Armed Forces wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the Oklahoma Women Veterans Organization. The license\n\nplates shall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma Women\n\nVeterans Organization. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to\n\nenter into a licensing agreement with the Oklahoma Women Veterans\n\nOrganization for any licensing fees which may be required in order\n\nto use the organization’s logo or design. The licensing agreement\n\nshall provide for a payment to the Oklahoma Women Veterans\n\nOrganization of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each\n\nlicense plate issued;\n\n95. FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and\n\nTechnology) in Oklahoma License Plate - such plates shall be issued\n\nto any person wishing to demonstrate support for FIRST in Oklahoma\n\nRobotics programs. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the administration of FIRST in Oklahoma. Service\n\nOklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a licensing agreement\n\nwith FIRST in Oklahoma for any licensing fees which may be required\nTechnology) in Oklahoma License Plate - such plates shall be issued\n\nto any person wishing to demonstrate support for FIRST in Oklahoma\n\nRobotics programs. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the administration of FIRST in Oklahoma. Service\n\nOklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a licensing agreement\n\nwith FIRST in Oklahoma for any licensing fees which may be required\n\nin order to use the FIRST in Oklahoma logo or design. The licensing\n\nagreement shall provide for a payment to FIRST in Oklahoma not more\n\nthan Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n96. Pittsburg State University License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the Pittsburg State University. The license plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with Pittsburg State University.\n\nService Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a licensing\n\nagreement with Pittsburg State University for any licensing fees\n\nwhich may be required in order to use the school foundation’s logo\n\nor design. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment to\n\nthe Pittsburg State University of not more than Twenty Dollars\n\n($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n97. Greenwood Historical District License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be issued to persons wishing to demonstrate support for the\n\nTulsa Juneteenth Festival held in the Greenwood Historical District\n\nin Tulsa, Oklahoma. The plates shall be issued to any person in any\n\ncombination of numbers and letters from one to a maximum of seven,\n\nas for personalized license plates. The license plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Black Wall Street Chamber of\n\nCommerce. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a\n\nlicensing agreement with the Tulsa Juneteenth Festival for any\n\nlicensing fees which may be required in order to use the Festival’s\n\nlogo or design. For each license plate issued, the licensing\n\nagreement shall provide for a payment of Twenty-five Dollars\n\n($25.00) of the fee collected to the Tulsa Juneteenth Festival and\n\nan additional Two Dollars ($2.00) of the fee collected shall be\n\ndeposited in the Public School Classroom Support Revolving Fund, for\n\nexpenditure as provided in Section 1-123 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n98. Oklahoma Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Chapters\n\nLicense Plate - such plates shall be designed to honor the Oklahoma\n\nVeterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Chapters and issued to any\n\nresident of this state upon proof of membership in the Oklahoma\n\nVeterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary organization in this state. The\n\nlicense plates shall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma\n\nVeterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary organization. Service Oklahoma\n\nshall be authorized to enter into a licensing agreement with the\n\nOklahoma Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary organization for any\n\nlicensing fees which may be required in order to use the\n\norganization’s logo or design. The licensing agreement shall\n\nprovide for a payment to the Oklahoma Veterans of Foreign Wars\n\nAuxiliary organization of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for\n\neach license plate issued;\n\n99. Transportation to Transportation License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to persons wishing to support\n\ncounty roads and bridges. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Association of County Commissioners of\n\nOklahoma. Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee collected shall be\n\npaid to the county treasurer for the county in which the license\n\nplate was purchased to be credited to the county highway fund\n\ncreated pursuant to Section 1503 of Title 69 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n100. Blue Star Mothers License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person showing proof of membership in an\n\nOklahoma Chapter of Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc. The license\npaid to the county treasurer for the county in which the license\n\nplate was purchased to be credited to the county highway fund\n\ncreated pursuant to Section 1503 of Title 69 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n100. Blue Star Mothers License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person showing proof of membership in an\n\nOklahoma Chapter of Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc. The license\n\nplates shall be designed in consultation with Blue Star Mothers of\n\nAmerica, Inc., Oklahoma Chapter One. Service Oklahoma shall be\n\nauthorized to enter into a licensing agreement with Blue Star\n\nMothers of America, Inc., Oklahoma Chapter One for any licensing\n\nfees which may be required in order to use the Blue Star Mothers of\n\nAmerica logo or design. The licensing agreement shall provide for a\n\npayment to Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc., Oklahoma Chapter One\n\nnot more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n101. Oklahoma Golf License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe sport of golf in this state. The license plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the South Central Section of the\n\nProfessional Golfers’ Association of America and issued to any\n\nperson wishing to demonstrate support for the sport of golf in this\n\nstate. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a\n\nlicensing agreement with the South Central Section of the\n\nProfessional Golfers’ Association of America for any licensing fees\n\nwhich may be required in order to use the organization’s logo or\n\ndesign. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment to the\n\nSouth Central Section of the Professional Golfers’ Association of\n\nAmerica of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license\n\nplate issued;\n\n102. Paramedic License Plate - such plates shall be designed\n\nand issued to any person who is a paramedic. Such persons may apply\n\nfor a paramedic license plate for each vehicle with a rated carrying\n\ncapacity of one (1) ton or less or a motorcycle upon proof of a\n\nparamedic license. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City\n\nParamedicine program and the Oklahoma Emergency Medical Technicians\n\nAssociation. The letters “PM” shall be placed on the plate followed\n\nby four random numbers, or such numbers as requested by such persons\n\napplying for the plate. Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fees\n\ncollected shall be deposited in the Emergency Medical Personnel\n\nDeath Benefit Revolving Fund created in Section 1-2505.2 of Title 63\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes. Subject to the provisions of subsection A\n\nof this section, the Paramedic License Plate is hereby reauthorized\n\neffective November 1, 2022;\n\n103. National Defense Service Medal License Plate – such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to those persons who have received the\n\nNational Defense Service Medal and wish to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs. The license plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with the Oklahoma Department of\n\nVeterans Affairs. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter\n\ninto a licensing agreement with the Oklahoma Department of Veterans\n\nAffairs for any licensing fees which may be required in order to use\n\nthe Department’s logo or design. The licensing agreement shall\n\nprovide for a payment to the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs\n\nof not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate\n\nissued;\n\n104. University of Oklahoma RUF/NEKS License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to any past or present member of\n\nthe University of Oklahoma RUF/NEKS upon providing proof of\n\nmembership in the organization as may be required by Service\n\nOklahoma. The license plates shall be designed in consultation with\n\nthe University of Oklahoma RUF/NEKS. Service Oklahoma shall be\nplate\n\nissued;\n\n104. University of Oklahoma RUF/NEKS License Plate – such\n\nplates shall be designed and issued to any past or present member of\n\nthe University of Oklahoma RUF/NEKS upon providing proof of\n\nmembership in the organization as may be required by Service\n\nOklahoma. The license plates shall be designed in consultation with\n\nthe University of Oklahoma RUF/NEKS. Service Oklahoma shall be\n\nauthorized to enter into a licensing agreement with the University\n\nof Oklahoma RUF/NEKS for any licensing fees which may be required in\n\norder to use the organization’s logo or design. The licensing\n\nagreement shall provide for a payment to the Mike James RUF/NEKS\n\nMemorial Scholarship of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for\n\neach license plate issued;\n\n105. Tulsa Community College License Plate – such plates shall\n\nbe issued to persons wishing to support Tulsa Community College.\n\nThe plates shall be designed in consultation with Tulsa Community\n\nCollege. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a\n\nlicensing agreement with Tulsa Community College for any licensing\n\nfees which may be required in order to use the organization’s logo\n\nor design. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment to\n\nTulsa Community College of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for\n\neach license plate issued;\n\n106. Street Kings Car Club License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Street Kings Car Club in Guthrie. The license plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with the Street Kings Car Club. Service\n\nOklahoma shall be authorized to enter into a licensing agreement\n\nwith the Street Kings Car Club for any licensing fees which may be\n\nrequired in order to use the organization’s logo or design. The\n\nlicensing agreement shall provide for a payment to the Street Kings\n\nCar Club not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license\n\nplate issued;\n\n107. Epilepsy Foundation License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe Epilepsy Foundation. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Epilepsy Foundation of Oklahoma. Service\n\nOklahoma shall be authorized to enter into licensing agreements with\n\nthe Epilepsy Foundation for any licensing fees which may be required\n\nin order to use the organization’s logo or design. The licensing\n\nagreement shall provide for a payment to the Epilepsy Foundation of\n\nnot more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued;\n\n108. America First License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate support for\n\nthe proclamation of “America First”. The license plates shall be\n\ndesigned in consultation with Warriors for Freedom and the Honoring\n\nAmerica’s Warriors Foundations. Service Oklahoma shall be\n\nauthorized to enter into licensing agreements with the Warriors for\n\nFreedom and Honoring America’s Warriors Foundations for any\n\nlicensing fees which may be required in order to use the\n\nFoundations’ logos or designs. The licensing agreements shall\n\nprovide for a payment to the Honoring America’s Warriors Foundation\n\nof not more than Ten Dollars ($10.00) and a payment to the Warriors\n\nfor Freedom Foundation of not more than Ten Dollars ($10.00) for\n\neach license plate issued;\n\n109. Diabetes Awareness License Plate – such plates shall be\n\ndesigned and issued to any person wishing to provide financial\n\nsupport for Diabetes Solutions of Oklahoma. The license plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with Diabetes Solutions of\n\nOklahoma. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into\n\nlicensing agreements with Diabetes Solutions of Oklahoma for any\n\nlicensing fees which may be required in order to use the Diabetes\n\nSolutions of Oklahoma logos or designs. The licensing agreements\n\nshall provide for a deposit to the Diabetes Awareness License Plate\ne plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with Diabetes Solutions of\n\nOklahoma. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into\n\nlicensing agreements with Diabetes Solutions of Oklahoma for any\n\nlicensing fees which may be required in order to use the Diabetes\n\nSolutions of Oklahoma logos or designs. The licensing agreements\n\nshall provide for a deposit to the Diabetes Awareness License Plate\n\nRevolving Fund established in Section 1104.33 of this title;\n\n110. Alliance of Mental Health Providers of Oklahoma License\n\nPlate – such plates shall be designed and issued to any person\n\nwishing to demonstrate support for the Alliance of Mental Health\n\nProviders of Oklahoma. The license plates shall be designed in\n\nconsultation with the Alliance of Mental Health Providers of\n\nOklahoma. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter into\n\nlicensing agreements with the Alliance of Mental Health Providers of\n\nOklahoma for any licensing fees which may be required in order to\n\nuse the organization’s logo or design. The licensing agreement\n\nshall provide for a payment to the Alliance of Mental Health\n\nProviders of Oklahoma of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for\n\neach license plate issued;\n\n111. Stillwater Public Schools License Plate - such plates\n\nshall be designed and issued to any person wishing to demonstrate\n\nsupport for the Stillwater school district. The license plates\n\nshall be designed in consultation with the administration of the\n\nStillwater school district. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to\n\nenter into a licensing agreement with the Stillwater school district\n\nfor any licensing fees which may be required in order to use the\n\nschool district’s logo or design. The licensing agreement shall\n\nprovide for a payment to the Stillwater school district of not more\n\nthan Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each license plate issued; and\n\n112. Ally’s House License Plate – such plates shall be designed\n\nand issued to those persons who live in Oklahoma, have had a child\n\ndiagnosed with a form of cancer and wish to demonstrate support for\n\nAlly’s House. The license plates shall be designed in consultation\n\nwith Ally’s House. Service Oklahoma shall be authorized to enter\n\ninto a license agreement with Ally’s House for any licensing fees\n\nwhich may be required in order to use the Ally’s House logo or\n\ndesign. The licensing agreement shall provide for a payment to\n\nAlly’s House of not more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each\n\nlicense plate issued.\n\nC. The fee for such plates shall be Thirty-five Dollars\n\n($35.00) per year of renewal and shall be in addition to all other\n\nregistration fees provided by the Oklahoma Vehicle License and\n\nRegistration Act. The fee shall be apportioned as follows through\n\nJune 30, 2023:\n\n1. Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per year of renewal or any other\n\namount as provided in this title of the fee shall be apportioned as\n\nprovided or deposited in a fund as specified within the paragraph\n\nauthorizing the special license plate;\n\n2. Eight Dollars ($8.00) per year of renewal of the fee shall\n\nbe deposited in the Tax Commission Reimbursement Fund to be used for\n\nthe administration of the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration\n\nAct. Beginning January 1, 2023, Eight Dollars ($8.00) per year of\n\nrenewal of the fee shall be deposited in the Service Oklahoma\n\nReimbursement Fund to be used for the administration of the Oklahoma\n\nVehicle License and Registration Act; and\n\n3. Any remaining amounts of the fee shall be apportioned as\n\nprovided in Section 1104 of this title.\n\nD.
