Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1135.8","heading":"Service Oklahoma License Plate Special Program","body":"Assistance Revolving Fund.\n\nA. 1. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a\n\nrevolving fund for the Oklahoma Tax Commission, to be designated the\n\n\"License Plate Special Program Assistance Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of any monies transferred thereto by paragraph 1\n\nof subsection D of Section 1135.7 of this title, except as provided\n\nby paragraph 2 of this subsection.\n\n2. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for Service Oklahoma, to be designated the \"Service Oklahoma\n\nLicense Plate Special Program Assistance Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of any monies transferred thereto by paragraph 1\n\nof subsection E of Section 1135.7 of this title, beginning January\n\n1, 2023.\n\nB. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and shall be expended by the Tax Commission on December\n\n31 of each year. Beginning January 1, 2023, all monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and shall be\n\nexpended by Service Oklahoma on December 31 of each year.
