There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Tax Commission to be designated the \"License\n\nand ID Apportionment Reimbursement Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies appropriated to the fund by law. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be expended by the Oklahoma Tax Commission to offset the\n\nincreased fees retained by licensed operators, pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 6-101 of this title, beginning upon the\n\neffective date of this act and ending on December 31, 2022.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for Service Oklahoma to be designated the \"Service Oklahoma\n\nLicense and ID Apportionment Reimbursement Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies appropriated to the\n\nfund by law.
