It shall be unlawful for any licensed operator or any\n\nemployee of such licensed operator to carry on a messenger service,\n\ncourier service or pick up and delivery service for the recording of\n\na security interest or for the registration of a motor vehicle or\n\nboat or a motor, or obtaining license plates and decals, or for the\n\nissuance of a certificate of title for any motor vehicle or boat or\n\nmotor. Provided, nothing in this subsection shall be construed to\n\nprevent a licensed operator or any employee of such licensed\n\noperator from performing such services for the licensed operator's\n\ndepository bank, when the licensed operator or his or her employee\n\ngoes to the licensed operator's depository bank to deposit tax\n\nmonies into the licensed operator's designated Service Oklahoma\n\nLicensed Operator Account. Service Oklahoma shall not designate or\n\nassign a licensed operator more than one active Service Oklahoma\n\nLicensed Operator Account. Accounts designated prior to September\n\n1, 1991, may remain active.\n\nB. It shall be unlawful for any licensed operator to compensate\n\nin any manner a messenger service, courier service or pick up and\n\ndelivery service or any one attempting to provide messenger service,\n\ncourier service or pick up and delivery service for recording a\n\nsecurity interest or for the registration of a motor vehicle or boat\n\nor motor, or obtaining license plates and decals, or for the\n\nissuance of a certificate of title for any motor vehicle or boat or\n\nmotor.\n\nC.
