In addition to the duties and functions authorized to be\n\nperformed by licensed operators pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Vehicle License and Registration Act, Service Oklahoma is\n\nauthorized to utilize licensed operators to perform the following\n\nduties:\n\n1. Process, receive, and issue permits, licenses, and\n\nregistration relating to any tax which is payable to, collectible\n\nby, or administered by Service Oklahoma;\n\n2. Accept documents, reports, or returns required to be filed\n\nwith Service Oklahoma and accept payment of remittances required to\n\nbe made to Service Oklahoma as provided by the tax laws of this\n\nstate;\n\n3. Provide information regarding the status of any permit or\n\nlicense issued by Service Oklahoma, or the franchise tax status of\n\nany corporation, upon written request and subject to the provisions\n\nof Section 205 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes and any other\n\nprovision of law relating to the confidentiality of records or\n\ninformation; and\n\n4. Perform any other duties specified by Service Oklahoma\n\nrelating to the enforcement or administration of any state tax law.\n\nB. Any permit, license, or registration issued by a licensed\n\noperator, and any document, report, return, or remittance accepted\n\nby a licensed operator, pursuant to the provisions of subsection A\n\nof this section, shall be deemed on the date of such issuance or\n\nacceptance to have been issued or accepted by Service Oklahoma.\n\nC.
