Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1149","heading":"Service Oklahoma – Duty and authority","body":"\n\nIt shall be the duty of Service Oklahoma, and Service Oklahoma\n\nis hereby granted authority and jurisdiction to administer this act\n\nwith the aid of its licensed operators, the Department of Public\n\nSafety, the Highway Patrol, county sheriffs and all other duly\n\nauthorized peace officers. Service Oklahoma is hereby authorized to\n\npromulgate all necessary rules and prepare forms and records to\n\ncarry this act into effect and to enforce the provisions thereof.\n\nService Oklahoma shall have the authority in cases of dispute to\n\ndetermine the actual sales price of any vehicle.
