Mini-trucks shall be registered pursuant to the provisions\n\nof the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration Act. Service\n\nOklahoma shall promulgate rules for the titling and registration of\n\nmini-trucks.\n\nB. Mini-trucks which have been titled and registered pursuant\n\nto the provisions of the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration\n\nAct may be operated on the roadways of this state; provided,\n\nhowever, mini-trucks shall not be permitted to travel upon any\n\nhighway in this state which is a part of the National System of\n\nInterstate and Defense Highways.
