Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1168","heading":"Transfer of facilities and equipment to determine vehicle","body":"weight and funds to Department of Transportation - Agreement with\n\nCorporation Commission.\n\nAll facilities and equipment under the administrative control of\n\nthe Oklahoma Tax Commission and used for determining the weight of\n\nvehicles operated on the roads or highways of this state are hereby\n\ntransferred to the Department of Transportation. Any funds\n\nappropriated to or any powers, duties and responsibilities exercised\n\nby the Tax Commission for such purpose shall be transferred to the\n\nDepartment. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices is hereby authorized to transfer such funds as may be\n\nnecessary. The Department is hereby authorized to enter into an\n\nagreement with the Corporation Commission to operate such facilities\n\nor equipment.
