The Corporation Commission is authorized to revoke, suspend\n\nor deny the issuance, extension or reinstatement of any Corporation\n\nCommission issued motor carrier or commercial motor vehicle license,\n\npermit, registration, certificate or duplicate copy thereof issued\n\npursuant to the jurisdiction of the Corporation Commission, to any\n\nperson who shall be guilty of:\n\n1. Violation of any of the provisions of applicable state law;\n\n2. Violation of rules promulgated by the Corporation\n\nCommission;\n\n3. Failure to observe or fulfill the conditions upon which the\n\nlicense, permit, registration or certificate was issued;\n\n4. Nonpayment of any delinquent tax, fee or penalty to the\n\nCommission or the State of Oklahoma; or\n\n5. Nonpayment of a uniform base state program delinquent tax,\n\nfee or penalty to a state or province participating with the\n\nCorporation Commission in that program.\n\nB. The interest or penalty or any portion thereof ordinarily\n\naccruing by failure of the motor carrier, registrant or licensee to\n\nproperly file a report or return may be waived or reduced by the\n\nCorporation Commission. No interest or penalties in excess of Ten\n\nThousand Dollars ($10,000.00) shall be allowed except by order of\n\nthe Commission.\n\nC. The Corporation Commission shall promulgate rules setting\n\nforth the revocation, suspension or denial of a motor carrier or\n\ncommercial motor vehicle certificate, registration, license or\n\npermit issued pursuant to the jurisdiction of the Corporation\n\nCommission. The Corporation Commission shall additionally\n\npromulgate rules allowing for the collection and remittance of\n\nfinancial liabilities owed by a motor carrier, registrant, licensee\n\nor permittee to a state or province participating with the\n\nCorporation Commission in a uniform base state program or to another\n\nstate agency.\n\nD. Upon the revocation or expiration of any motor carrier or\n\ncommercial motor vehicle license, permit, registration or\n\ncertificate issued pursuant to the jurisdiction of the Corporation\n\nCommission, all accrued taxes, fees and penalties due and payable\n\nunder the terms of state law, rules or order imposing or levying\n\nsuch tax, fee or penalty shall become due and payable concurrently\n\nupon the revocation or expiration of the license, permit,\n\nregistration or certificate and the licensee, permittee, registrant\n\nor certificate holder shall forthwith make a report covering the\n\nperiod of time not covered by preceding reports filed by said person\n\nand ending with the date of the revocation or expiration and shall\n\npay all such taxes, fees or penalties owed.\n\nE. No person shall knowingly, or intentionally, present an\n\naltered or fraudulent credential or document to the Corporation\n\nCommission or to any duly authorized peace officer.
