Every farm tractor and every self-propelled farm equipment\n\nunit or implement of husbandry not equipped with an electric\n\nlighting system shall at all times, as mentioned in Section 12-201\n\nof this title, be equipped with at least one lamp displaying a white\n\nlight visible when lighted from a distance of not less than five\n\nhundred (500) feet to the front of such vehicle and shall also be\n\nequipped with at least one lamp displaying a red light visible when\n\nlighted from a distance of not less than five hundred (500) feet to\n\nthe rear of such vehicle.\n\nB. Every self-propelled unit of farm equipment not equipped\n\nwith an electric lighting system shall at all times, as mentioned in\n\nSection 12-201 of this title, in addition to the lamps required in\n\nsubsection A of this section, be equipped with two red reflectors\n\nvisible from all distances within six hundred (600) feet to one\n\nhundred (100) feet to the rear when directly in front of lawful\n\nupper beams of head lamps.\n\nC. Every combination of farm tractor and towed unit of farm\n\nequipment or implement of husbandry not equipped with an electric\n\nlighting system shall at all times, as mentioned in Section 12-201\n\nof this title, be equipped with the following lamps:\n\n1. At least one lamp mounted to indicate as nearly as\n\npracticable the extreme left projection of said combination and\n\ndisplaying a white light visible when lighted from a distance of not\n\nless than five hundred (500) feet to the front of said combination;\n\nand\n\n2. Two lamps each displaying a red light visible when lighted\n\nfrom a distance of not less than five hundred (500) feet to the rear\n\nof said combination or, as an alternative, at least one lamp\n\ndisplaying a red light visible when lighted from a distance of not\n\nless than five hundred (500) feet to the rear thereof and two red\n\nreflectors visible from all distances within six hundred (600) feet\n\nto one hundred (100) feet to the rear thereof when illuminated by\n\nthe upper beams of head lamps.\n\nD. Every farm tractor and every self-propelled unit of farm\n\nequipment or implement of husbandry equipped with an electric\n\nlighting system shall at all times, as mentioned in Section 12-201\n\nof this title, be equipped with two single-beam or multiple-beam\n\nhead lamps meeting the requirements of Section 12-203.3 of this\n\ntitle or, as an alternative, Section 12-602.1 of this title, and at\n\nleast one red lamp visible when lighted from a distance of not less\n\nthan five hundred (500) feet to the rear; provided, however, that\n\nevery such self-propelled unit of farm equipment other than a farm\n\ntractor shall have two such red lamps or, as an alternative, one\n\nsuch red lamp and two red reflectors visible from all distances\n\nwithin six hundred (600) feet to one hundred (100) feet when\n\ndirectly in front of lawful upper beams of head lamps.\n\nE. Every combination of farm tractor and towed farm equipment\n\nor towed implement of husbandry equipped with an electric lighting\n\nsystem shall at all times, as mentioned in Section 12-201 of this\n\ntitle, be equipped with lamps as follows:\n\n1. The farm tractor element of every such combination shall be\n\nequipped as required in subsection D of this section.\n\n2. The towed unit of farm equipment or implement of husbandry\n\nelement of such combination shall be equipped with two red lamps\n\nvisible when lighted from a distance of not less than five hundred\n\n(500) feet to the rear or, as an alternative, two red reflectors\n\nvisible from all distances within six hundred (600) to one hundred\nation shall be\n\nequipped as required in subsection D of this section.\n\n2. The towed unit of farm equipment or implement of husbandry\n\nelement of such combination shall be equipped with two red lamps\n\nvisible when lighted from a distance of not less than five hundred\n\n(500) feet to the rear or, as an alternative, two red reflectors\n\nvisible from all distances within six hundred (600) to one hundred\n\n(100) feet to the rear when directly in front of lawful upper beams\n\nof head lamps.\n\n3. Said combinations shall also be equipped with a lamp\n\ndisplaying a white or amber light, of any shade of color between\n\nwhite and amber, visible when lighted from a distance of not less\n\nthan five hundred (500) feet to the front and a lamp displaying a\n\nred light visible when lighted from a distance of not less than five\n\nhundred (500) feet to the rear.\n\nF. The lamps and reflectors required in subsections A through E\n\nof this section shall be so positioned as to show from front and\n\nrear as nearly as practicable the extreme projection of the vehicle\n\ncarrying them on the side of the roadway used in passing such\n\nvehicle. If a farm tractor, or a unit of farm equipment, whether\n\nself-propelled or towed, is equipped with two or more lamps or\n\nreflectors visible from the front or two or more lamps or reflectors\n\nvisible from the rear, such lamps or reflectors shall be so\n\npositioned that the extreme projections both to the left and to the\n\nright of said vehicle shall be indicated as nearly as practicable.\n\nG.
