Animal-drawn vehicles and vehicles referred to in subsection\n\nC of Section 12-101 of this title, not specifically required by the\n\nprovisions of this chapter to be equipped with lamps or other\n\nlighting devices, shall, at all times specified in subsection B of\n\nSection 12-201 of this title, be equipped with at least one lamp\n\nemitting a white light visible from a distance of not less than one\n\nthousand (1,000) feet to the front of said vehicle, and shall also\n\nbe equipped with two lamps displaying red light visible from a\n\ndistance of not less than one thousand (1,000) feet to the rear of\n\nsaid vehicle or, as an alternative, one lamp displaying a red light\n\nvisible from a distance of not less than one thousand (1,000) feet\n\nto the rear and two red reflectors visible for distances of six\n\nhundred (600) feet to one hundred (100) feet to the rear when\n\nilluminated by the lower beams of headlamps.\n\nB.
