Every authorized emergency vehicle shall, in addition to any\n\nother equipment and distinctive markings required by this title, be\n\nequipped with flashing red or blue lights or a combination of\n\nflashing red and blue lights. The lights shall be visible at five\n\nhundred (500) feet in normal sunlight.\n\nB. A law enforcement vehicle when used as an authorized\n\nemergency vehicle may but need not be equipped with alternately-\n\nflashing red or blue lights specified herein. An unmarked vehicle\n\nused as a law enforcement vehicle for routine traffic enforcement\n\nshall be equipped with the following combination of lights:\n\n1. Three flashing red, blue, or a combination of red and blue\n\nlights emitting the flashing lights to the front of the vehicle;\n\n2. Two flashing white lights emitting the flashing white lights\n\nto the front of the vehicle;\n\n3. Flashing red, blue, white or any combination of red, blue or\n\nwhite lights placed at and emitting the flashing lights from the\n\nfour corners of the vehicle so that they are visible for three\n\nhundred sixty (360) degrees; and\n\n4. One flashing red, blue, amber, or any combination of red,\n\nblue, or amber lights emitting the flashing light to the rear of the\n\nvehicle.\n\nC.
