Any motor vehicle shall be equipped with not more than two\n\nback-up lamps either separately or in combination with other lamps.\n\nAny back-up lamp shall not be lighted when the motor vehicle is in\n\nforward motion.\n\nB. Every vehicle shall be equipped with vehicular hazard\n\nwarning lamps required for that vehicle at the time the vehicle was\n\nmanufactured by standards of the United States Department of\n\nTransportation pursuant to 49 C.F.R., Section 571.108. Such lamps\n\nshall be used for the purpose of warning the operators of other\n\nvehicles of the presence of a vehicular traffic hazard requiring the\n\nexercise of unusual care in approaching, overtaking or passing, and\n\nwhen so equipped may display such warning in addition to any other\n\nwarning signals required by this title. The lamps used to display\n\nsuch warning to the front shall be mounted at the same level and as\n\nwidely spaced laterally as practicable, and shall display\n\nsimultaneously flashing white or amber lights, or any shade of color\n\nbetween white and amber. The lamps used to display such warning to\n\nthe rear shall be mounted at the same level and as widely spaced\n\nlaterally as practicable, and shall show simultaneously flashing\n\namber or red lights, or any shade of color between amber and red.\n\nThese warning lights shall be visible from a distance of not less\n\nthan five hundred (500) feet in normal sunlight.\n\nC.
