Stat. tit. 47, § 47-12-232","heading":"Vans operated for nonprofit charitable organization","body":"equipped with strobe-light-type device.\n\nA. Every multiple-passenger van owned and operated by a\n\nnonprofit charitable organization for the purpose of transporting\n\nchildren to or from any destination may be equipped with a flashing,\n\nstrobe-light-type device that when lighted may be visible from a\n\ndistance of not less than five hundred (500) feet to the front of\n\nthe vehicle or from a distance of not less than five hundred (500)\n\nfeet to the rear of the vehicle.\n\nB. During the time that the multiple-passenger van is\n\noperating, the multiple-passenger van may have the strobe-light-type\n\ndevice activated.\n\nC. Each vehicle displaying such lights shall simulate the color\n\nof lights used on school buses as provided in Section 12-228 of\n\nTitle 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nD.
