No person shall operate any truck, bus, truck-tractor, or\n\nany drive-away, tow-away operation upon any highway at any time\n\nunless such vehicle is equipped with emergency equipment, including,\n\nbut not limited to, reflectors, flares, fusees, flags, and fire\n\nextinguishers, as provided by 49 C.F.R., Section 393.95. This\n\nsection shall not apply to lightweight vehicles.\n\nB.
