No motor vehicle shall be operated on the highways of this\n\nstate in which there is installed any television-type receiving\n\nequipment, the viewer, monitor, or screen of which can be seen by\n\nany person sitting in the seat from which such motor vehicle is\n\noperated.\n\nB.
