The Department of Public Safety shall establish an\n\neducational program designed to encourage compliance with the\n\nOklahoma Mandatory Seat Belt Use Act.\n\nB. The Department of Public Safety shall evaluate the\n\neffectiveness of Sections 12-416 through 12-420 of this title and\n\nprovide a report.
