Advertise for sale, sell, use or install or cause to be\n\ninstalled or request for installation, any device which causes an\n\nodometer to register any mileage other than the true mileage driven;\n\n2. Disconnect, reset or alter, or cause or request to be\n\ndisconnected, reset or altered, the odometer of any motor vehicle\n\nwith intent to change the number of miles indicated thereon;\n\n3. Knowingly operate a motor vehicle with a disconnected or\n\nnonfunctional odometer on any street or highway with the intent of\n\nmisrepresenting the true mileage driven; and\n\n4.
