Stat. tit. 47, § 47-12-608","heading":"Brakes on motorcycles","body":"The brake system on any motorcycle shall comply with performance\n\nability standard set forth in 49 C.F.R., Section 571.121, and shall\n\nbe adequate to control the movement of the motorcycle and to stop\n\nand hold the motorcycle, including two separate means of applying\n\nthe brakes.
