No combination of a motor vehicle and manufactured home or\n\nframe or frames thereof shall have an overall length, inclusive of\n\nfront and rear bumpers, in excess of seventy (70) feet or a width in\n\nexcess of eighteen (18) feet while operating on the system of\n\ninterstate and defense highways. In determining the width of a\n\nmanufactured home, the overall width shall not exceed the eighteen-\n\nfoot width limit. Such combination exceeding seventy (70) feet in\n\nlength or eight and one-half (8 1/2) feet in width must comply with\n\nthe provisions of Section 14-118 of this title. A front and rear\n\nescort shall be required on the interstate and defense highways for\n\nvehicles meeting the parameters of this subsection.\n\nB. If any combination of a motor vehicle and manufactured home\n\nor frame thereof exceeds seventy (70) feet in overall length or\n\neight and one-half (8 1/2) feet in width, they shall be moved only\n\nduring daylight hours on the system of interstate and defense\n\nhighways.
