The Executive Director of the Department of Transportation\n\nshall upon proper application issue a special permit to any person\n\nallowing the movement on state and federal highways of a structure\n\nin the form of a house or building, including, but not limited to,\n\nindustrialized housing as described in Section 14-103A of this\n\ntitle, not exceeding thirty-two (32) feet in width at the base, and\n\nthirty-four (34) feet in width at the top and twenty-one (21) feet\n\nin height. The permit shall specify the highways to be used,\n\nconsistent with public convenience and safety, as determined by the\n\nExecutive Director of the Department of Transportation. In addition\n\nto the prohibitions on movement as prescribed in Section 14-101 et\n\nseq. of this title, such structures shall not be moved on Saturday\n\nor Sunday.\n\nB.
