Upon issuance of a permit pursuant to the provisions of\n\nSection 14-103D of this title, the Department of Transportation\n\nshall notify the Oklahoma Tax Commission of the issuance of such\n\npermit. The notification shall include the permit information\n\nrequired by subsection B of Section 14-103D of this title.\n\nB. Upon notification of issuance of the permit pursuant to\n\nsubsection A of this section, the Tax Commission shall notify the\n\ncounty assessor of the county in which the manufactured home is to\n\nbe located, of the issuance of the permit.
