Every person required by the Department of Transportation,\n\nthe Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, or any federal agency or commission\n\nto have a law enforcement escort provided by the Oklahoma Highway\n\nPatrol Division of the Department of Public Safety for the transport\n\nof any oversized load or hazardous shipment by road or rail shall\n\npay to the Department of Public Safety a fee covering the full cost\n\nto administer, plan, and carry out the escort within this state.\n\nB. If the Highway Patrol provides an escort to accompany the\n\ntransport of an oversized load or hazardous shipment by road or rail\n\nat the request of any person that is not required to have a law\n\nenforcement escort pursuant to subsection A of this section, then\n\nthe requestor shall pay to the Department of Public Safety a fee\n\ncovering the full cost to administer, plan, and carry out the escort\n\nwithin this state.\n\nC. The Department of Public Safety shall adopt a schedule of\n\nfees necessary to implement this section.\n\nD.
