Agricultural motor vehicles engaged in intrastate commerce\n\nshall be exempt from the requirement for electronic logging devices\n\nand hours of services as mandated by Section 32301(b) of the U.S.\n\nCommercial Motor Vehicle Safety Enhancement Act.\n\nB.
