Any person who knowingly makes or procures the making of a\n\nfalse statement in an application submitted pursuant to Sections 15-\n\n111 through 15-113 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon\n\nconviction shall be punished by a fine of Five Hundred Dollars\n\n($500.00) for each falsified statement. This penalty shall be\n\nstated on all applications.\n\nB. 1. Any person who has not been issued a physically disabled\n\nparking placard pursuant to the provisions of Section 15-112 of this\n\ntitle, a physically disabled license plate issued pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 1135.1 of this title, a disabled veterans\n\nlicense plate pursuant to the provisions of Section 1135.2 of this\n\ntitle, a Purple Heart recipient license plate issued pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 1135.2 of this title, a disability sticker\n\nissued by the Department of Veterans Affairs and federal military\n\nbases, or a physically disabled placard or license plate issued by\n\nanother state, and uses a placard, sticker, or license plate to park\n\nin a disabled parking place is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon\n\nconviction shall be punished by a fine of Five Hundred Dollars\n\n($500.00). A person transporting a physically disabled person with\n\nan authorized placard, sticker or license plate, as provided in\n\nsubsection A of Section 11-1007 of this title, shall be excluded\n\nfrom the provisions of this section.\n\n2. Any person who has been issued a physically disabled parking\n\nplacard pursuant to the provisions of Section 15-112 of this title,\n\na physically disabled license plate issued pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 1135.1 of this title, a disabled veterans\n\nlicense plate pursuant to the provisions of Section 1135.2 of this\n\ntitle or a Purple Heart recipient license plate issued pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of Section 1135.2 of this title, and knowingly allows\n\nthe placard or license plate to be used by a person not issued the\n\nplacard or license plate as described in paragraph 1 of this\n\nsubsection, is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be\n\npunished by a fine of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).\n\nC.
