Stat. tit. 47, § 47-15-116","heading":"Power of municipality or political subdivision to","body":"enforce act.\n\nUpon the enactment of any ordinance, rule or regulation adopted\n\nin conformity with this act, the municipality or political\n\nsubdivision is authorized to investigate and enforce the ordinance,\n\nrule, or regulation on public property, or private property where\n\nthe public is invited such as, but not limited to, the following:\n\n1. Places of lodging including, but not limited to, inns,\n\nhotels, and motels;\n\n2. Establishments serving food or drink including, but not\n\nlimited to, restaurants and bars;\n\n3. Places of exhibition or entertainment including, but not\n\nlimited to, motion picture houses, theaters, concert halls, and\n\nstadiums;\n\n4. Places of public gathering including, but not limited to,\n\nauditoriums, convention centers, and lecture halls;\n\n5. Sales or rental establishments including, but not limited\n\nto, bakeries, grocery stores, hardware stores, and shopping centers;\n\n6. Service establishments including, but not limited to,\n\nlaundromats, dry cleaners, banks, barber shops, beauty shops, travel\n\nservices, shoe repair services, funeral parlors, gas stations,\n\noffices of accountants or lawyers, pharmacies, insurance offices,\n\nprofessional offices of health care providers, and hospitals;\n\n7. Public transportation terminals, depots, or stations, not\n\nincluding facilities relating to air transportation;\n\n8. Places of public display or collection including, but not\n\nlimited to, museums, libraries, and galleries;\n\n9. Places of recreation including, but not limited to, parks,\n\nzoos, and amusement parks;\n\n10. Places of education including, but not limited to, nursery\n\nschools, elementary, secondary, undergraduate, or postgraduate\n\nprivate schools;\n\n11. Social service center establishments including, but not\n\nlimited to, day care centers, senior citizen centers, homeless\n\nshelters, food banks, and adoption agencies; or\n\n12.
