Stat. tit. 47, § 47-15-131","heading":"Speed limits - Traffic control regulations -","body":"Violations.\n\nUpon application by the governing board of a public trust, as\n\ndefined in Sections 164 and 176 of Title 60 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, the Transportation Commission may set speed limits and\n\npromulgate regulations governing uniform traffic control to comply\n\nwith the provisions of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes for the\n\nreasonable and safe operation of motor vehicles on property situated\n\nwithin the state and owned by or under the control of the public\n\ntrust.\n\nSpeed limits and regulations so established shall be enforceable\n\nwhen appropriate signs giving notice thereof are erected. The cost\n\nof such signs shall be borne by the public trust.
