The parties to crimes are\n\nclassified as: 1. Principals, and 2. Accessories. (b) Principals\n\ndefined. All persons concerned in the commission of crime, whether\n\nit be felony or misdemeanor, and whether they directly commit the\n\nact constituting the offense or aid and abet in its commission,\n\nthough not present, are principals. (c) Accessories defined. All\n\npersons who, after the commission of any felony, conceal or aid the\n\noffender, with the knowledge that he has committed a felony, and\n\nwith intent that he may avoid or escape from arrest, trial,\n\nconviction, or punishment, are accessories. (d) No accessories to\n\nmisdemeanor. There are no accessories. (e) Punishment of\n\naccessories.
