Unless otherwise provided in this section, any motor vehicle\n\nservice station in this state which offers gasoline or other motor\n\nvehicle fuel for sale to the public from the service station\n\nfacility may, on a voluntary basis, participate in the refueling\n\nservice program and upon request offer refueling service to a\n\nmobility-impaired driver who displays:\n\n1. A placard indicating physical disability, issued pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of Section 15-112 of this title;\n\n2. A physically disabled license plate, issued pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 1135.1 of this title; or\n\n3. A disabled veterans license plate with the international\n\naccessibility symbol issued pursuant to the provisions of Section\n\n1135.2 of this title.\n\nB. The refueling service provided for under subsection A of\n\nthis section shall not apply when the mobility-impaired driver is\n\naccompanied by another person capable of refueling the motor\n\nvehicle.\n\nC. Each participating motor vehicle service station in the\n\nstate shall post signs notifying the public of the refueling\n\nservices provided by the facility.\n\nD.
