Upon the filing of an application to operate as a motor\n\ncarrier of household goods, the applicant shall pay to the\n\nCorporation Commission a filing fee as set by Commission rule.\n\nB. Upon the filing by an interstate motor carrier of an\n\napplication to register interstate authority, or supplement thereto,\n\nthe applicant shall pay the Commission a filing fee as established\n\nby the Commission and in full compliance with applicable federal\n\nlaws.\n\nC.
