Stat. tit. 47, § 47-169.4","heading":"Concealed loss or damage - Claim - Inspection -","body":"Evidence.\n\nWhere shipments of household goods are received by the carrier\n\nfrom the shipper in apparent good order and with no exceptions noted\n\non the bill of lading, and delivered by the carrier in the same\n\nmanner, with no exceptions noted, such concealed loss or damage\n\nclaims must be submitted to the carrier by the shipper. Inspections\n\ncovering loss or damage found after delivery must be requested to\n\nthe delivering carrier in writing within fifteen (15) days after the\n\ndelivery of the shipment involved.
