Stat. tit. 47, § 47-169.5","heading":"Failure to process claim or express declination of claim","body":"in writing - Penalty.\n\nIf the carrier fails to process loss or damage claims as\n\nprovided in Sections 169.2 through 169.4 of this title, or to\n\nexpress declinations of the claims in writing with proof of\n\nnonliability, the carrier may be found in contempt by the\n\nCorporation Commission after proper notice and hearing.
