Any person who is convicted of a violation of any of the\n\nprovisions of the Uniform Vehicle Code declared by the Code or by\n\nother laws of this state to constitute a felony except those\n\noffenses specified in subsection A of Section 4-102 of this title\n\nrelating to unauthorized use of a vehicle and subsection A of\n\nSection 4-103 of this title, relating to receiving or disposing of a\n\nvehicle, shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall be\n\npunished as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N\n\nof Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by a fine of not less than\n\nFive Hundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars\n\n($5,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.\n\n2. Any person who is convicted of a violation of any of the\n\nprovisions of the Uniform Vehicle Code declared by the Code or by\n\nother laws of this state to constitute a Class D1 felony offense\n\nshall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and\n\nshall be punished as provided for in subsections B through F of\n\nSection 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. The conviction of any person, as prescribed in this section,\n\nwhen the offense occurred during a period when the driving\n\nprivileges of the person were under suspension, revocation,\n\ncancellation, denial, or disqualification or the person had not been\n\ngranted driving privileges by Oklahoma or any other state, shall\n\nresult in the doubling of the appropriate fine, as provided for in\n\nsubsection A of this section, and the doubling of all court costs\n\nand all fees collected by the court on behalf of any other entity,\n\nunless waived by the court.\n\nC.
