Nothing contained in this act shall be construed to\n\nauthorize the operation of any freight vehicle in excess of the\n\ngross weight, width, length or height authorized by law.\n\nB. Any person who willfully advertises to perform\n\ntransportation services for which the person does not hold a proper\n\ncertificate shall be in violation of this act and subject to the\n\npenalties prescribed for contempt of the Corporation Commission.\n\nC. Household goods certificates may be suspended or revoked for\n\nany violation of state law or Commission rule.\n\nD.
